my persuasive piece beingthe weakerpiece inmyeyesisbecause itdidn’tfitintothisthemeandmood
of the topicI chose but I didwhatI could. I put a decentamountof effortintothispiece butitwaseasy
to write because Iknewthe topicverywell asI live itfirstperson. The mostimportantthingIhave
learnedfromthisassignmentishowtouse each type of writingforits intended purpose andhow to
make it have the mosteffectinthe appropriate situation.

literarydevises. The onlyweaknessthatIfeel thispiece of workhasis the chart beinga bittoo small not

pointsinthe bodyparagraphs. The three pointsneed tobe more definitive andspecificandthe intro
needstohookthe readerin better!Ineedtowork on usingmore directquotes andevidenceinmy
essayso I can’tcreate a more solidargument. Ididn’tputall my effortintothispiece of workbutI did
put a goodamount the reasonformy slightlackof effortisbecause Iprocrastinatedanddidnothave
ample time tofinishmy writer’scraft.
Short Story
Creativityandplanningaheadare the twomain strengthsthispiece of workis showingyou. Thisisan
example of creativitybecause Ithoughtof thisstoryand characterson my own withnohelpfromother
textor people. The shortstoryisalso an example of planningaheadbecausethere isalot
foreshadowingthattiestogetherlaterinthe story. YesI do see the weaknessesinthispieceandthey
are the lengthof the endingandthe deliveryof the climax. Iwouldfix this byaddingmore tothe endof
the story andfiguringoutsomethingwithsuspense tokeepthe readeronthe edge of theirseat. I used
creativityandliterarydevice skillsinthisshortstory;althoughIdiduse three or more literarydevicesI
couldhave usedthemmore clearly,oftenandlessoriginal. I put a lotof effortintothispiece foritis
