Worked in PhD candidate’s laboratory group, studying the growing concern of leishmaniasis in Texas as the vector migrates
further north due to climate change.
Captured and collected many different insect species in order to find Lutzomyia sandflies (leishmaniasis vector) in field sites
across the state. Identified and separated Luzomiya species from the collection of ethanol soaked insects and arachnids from
each field trap. Assisted in maintaining the project’s website.
Kids Who Care Musical Theatre, Inc. Fort Worth, TX
Rehearsal Stage Manager Summer 2014
Stage-managed over 200 youths (first grade to college-aged) from multiple nations in a musical theater summer camp. Trained
and lead a team of 10 student production assistants, who served as assistants throughout camp and the backstage crew through
production.
Ensured camp ran smoothly from a logistical viewpoint. Prepared for each rehearsal and class. Ensured daily schedules were
maintained, and adjusted them when necessary. Managed Security, Food Services, Safety, Clean-Up, Time-Keeping, Notating,
and Rehearsal Preparation crews.

Lead campers in ensemble-building exercises, proper rehearsal etiquette, and other camp events. Organized and managed a
