2. Abstract
This solution provides access to various types of devices
(household meters, climate sensors, sensors and fire alarm
systems, actuators, etc.) using a self-organizing sensor
networks. Original network protocols involve bootstrapping
modules considering network topology, distance
to the nearest node and device operating mode.

Keywords: housing and communal services, smart house, access
control and accounting system.
Problem: lack of operational control of remote systems
(calculators, sensors, operation controllers).
Solution: the use of self-arranged network technology
(ElBee network).
Advantage: minimum cost for a consumer, adjustment
and routing, high battery life, the application to cellular phone
network infrastructure.
Result: developed algorithms and protocols for network
communication, prepared technical documentation, produced​​
necessary batch of staging modules, deployed test zone,
concluded agreements on investment and installation
of the system.
