of the first ever Cloud-based Human Capital Solution (CareerBuilder) for GE’s Online Recruitment
implementation;
Successfully applied domain acquired Solution Design principles and complex Project Management
methodologies across IBM’s varied internal solutions offering in delivering proposed enterprise-level
solutions to cross industry clients; namely the Banking & Financial, Telecommunications, Healthcare
and Electronics Industries. Designed and Architected IBM’s diverse solution/services
component/competency platforms into viable business-technical implementations for solicited clients.
Chief Solution Architect for NCR’s largest Payment Solutions’ client in Asia Pacific in 2002.
Designed, Solutioned and Implemented an unprecedented cross-country Payment System for a large
major international banking group. The then imaging technology components were new and a
challenge to network bandwidth and security transmission with strict adherence to local country’s
regulatory framework and legal constraints (Evidence Act). The solution has since gained widespread
adoption across the region and continues to serve the needs of the banking community till now (15
years into production usage).
Responsible for BCSIS being appointed by IBM to be the sole ASEAN’s Doscheck System Support
for the regional central banks’ interbank cheque processing systems. Conducted feasibility of
downsizing Doscheck from IBM mainframe to AS/400 and RS6000 platforms, culminated in the
adoption of a ground breaking alternate solution embracing Cheque Imaging on the Windows
platform (hardware agnostic). The Cheque Imaging & Truncation System (CITS) is currently in full
operations across Asean, Hong Kong & India. It kickstarted a wide range of complementary imaging
solution adoptions amongst the participating member banks (especially in the areas of electronic
storage & online retrievals aka Filenet, Documentum, etc).
Established IT Professional with extensive solution implementation track records in
Business-IT transformational projects. Adept in Solution Design harnessing
relevant IT components (hardware, software and services) to produce practical and
feasible alternatives or new system solutions for ongoing business operations and
its effective longer term sustainable production usage and management. Familiar
