I first presented this deck about work culture and values 6 years ago (in 2014) at RMS, at an All Hands Session. Since then, I've worked at Facebook for 4+ years. Aside for the addition of one reference, this deck is exactly the same one I presented almost 6 years ago, at one of my previous company's All Hands. I have grown considerably at Facebook, more than I imagined I possibly could. However, the principles that I believed then, remain what I truly believe even now.
