• During the farm visits in Kabul

know about the cropping system of
the village and there are problems
related to agriculture. We have
given some suggestions related to
the problems they are facing and
we are hopeful that they follow our
advice. And we have educated the
farmers in the area of different
kinds of seed production in wheat.
18. MAJOR PROBLEMS
• According to the farmers of Kabul Shah Hithar from the past 1.5
years there is huge loss in the yield of cotton and high attack of
pink boll worm due to seed adulteration (nakli beej).
• And even there is adulteration in the pesticides and this
is causing huge yield loss.
• We suggested to register a complaint regarding
the seeds near Mandal AEO.
• And advised the farmers to make some changes in the cropping
pattern to reduce the major pest attack of the crops.
19. CONCLUSION
• We gained much knowledge about farming and farmers by
interacting with them.
• Less participation of the females in the agricultural field.
• According to my view there should be some deviation in the
cropping pattern with some vegetable, forage and some seasonal
fruit crops.
