the Department HOD & Directors interviews.
 Prepare / Update Monthly Manpower Report
 Joining formalities for the newly joined candidates
 New joining employee details enter in to Payroll and resigned employee details deletion
from HMS System.
 Prepare Employees attendance details for every month and run the payroll.
 Coordinating with all departments
 Pay roll processing & Salary Administration
 Arranging for performance appraisal of all employees in the organization in coordination
with the respective departmental Heads.
 Prepare the Increment, Promotion Report and Promotion letters as per the Management
order
 Preparation of Appointment letters, Experience Letter, Relieving Letter, Increment Letter,
and Salary Certificate. Over Time Report Verification
 Day to Day Late Coming Report and Out Going Report verification and List sent to
Department HOD’S Responsible of Employee's E.S.I & P.P.
 Making payment of E.S.I & P.F covered Employee's on Time.
 Submission of Quarterly and Annual Returns of E.S.I & P.F.
 Taking exit interviews
 Full & final settlements
 Verification of contract employees attendance, over time and pf, esi challans
 Mobile Bills and Welfare fund statements Employees queries
 Back ground verification
 Salaries and statutory verifying of Employees, housekeeping, Canteen and Security
departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment:
 Recruitment process like manpower requirement from HOD, Segregation of applications,
screening in Selection process, interviews arrangement like conduction written test, arrange
the Department HOD & Directors interviews.
 Developing, Monitoring and maintaining of database on the basis for immediate future
manpower requirements.
 Prepare / Update Monthly Manpower Report
 Certificate verification & Medical examination with physician
 Issue of Offer Letters, appointment letters and Confirmation formalities of the employees
 Coordination with for collection of personal documents and other statutory forms for
personal file filling and subsequent maintenance and updating of personnel files of
employees.
Payroll:
 Joining formalities for the newly joined candidates
 New joining employee details enter in to Payroll and resigned employee details deletion
from HMS System.
 To maintain & Update personal records and registers of the employees
 Preparation or LOP statement take a report and cross check with manual report if any
mistake is found, accordingly make necessary changes.
 Prepare Employees attendance details for every month and run the payroll.
 Employee advances list from accounts department which were to be deducted from salaries
of such employees.
 Payroll process will started after making deduction of advances from employees
 Pay slips issuing for all employees after the payroll over
Induction/ Orientation:
 Brief the new joiners about the organization
 Introduction to key people
 Coordinating with all departments
Performance Management:
 Arranging for performance appraisal of all employees in the organization in coordination
with the respective departmental Heads.
 Process of the Appraisals of the employee.
 Initiate appraisal forms and follow-up for timely receipt of the same etc.
 Prepare the Increment, Promotion Report and Promotion letters as per the Management
order.
