The different types of technologies at every stage of development that are involved in the process of manufacturing shrimp feed. Once cleaned, dried, and made moisture-free, the shrimp feed is screened meticulously before being sent for final packaging. This preserves its nutritional contents and promotes better health of the shrimps.

Technologies Involved in Shrimp Feed Manufacturing Process
1.

3.
4. Grinding
In this process, the raw material
particle size should be greater
than 40-60 mesh. The
homogeneousness of the
material improves component
mixing and pellet feed
compaction quality while also
promoting digestion. The coarse
grinding and shrimp head
capsule operations are both
included in the raw material
grinding process.
5. Nouriture has been in the animal feed market for over 20 years, generating more than
1,300 MT per day when compared to other animal farming manufacturers. It doesn’t
stop here. It also provides high-quality shrimp feed to over 50,000 farmers and 1,000
staff in 20 states. While other feed remains a key priority, this shrimp feed at the
greatest price aids in obtaining optimum protein and a higher growth scale. If you
want to get the greatest shrimp feed at the best price, this is something you should
consider. Nouriture makes life easy for every livestock farmer by focusing on high-
quality shrimp feed. The brand ensures that it serves every consumer to the best of its
ability by combining convenience and quality. So feed your shrimp the best feed on
the market from the best brand with the most experience over the years.
6. Batching
The raw materials must be cleaned
prior to crushing. The ingredients,
such as fish meal, peanut oil-cake
powder, squid powder, and spray-
dried blood cells, should be blended
in the proportions specified before
being crushed into a powder with a
mesh size of more than 40.
7. Granulation
During the shrimp feed
manufacturing process, the
raw material after crushing has
a moisture content of only
13%, making it difficult to
soften and gelatinize.
Therefore, the appropriate
amount of water is supplied to
ensure starch gelatinization
and powder bonding.
8. he particles that originate from the host have a high moisture content and must be dried in
the shrimp feed facility. Hence, a melt-belt type fish feed dryer is used to reduce the water
content. This prevents the feed from any deterioration for the next two months. The next
part of the drying process is gelatinization. It has to be heated at 90 degrees Celsius for no
more than twenty minutes to preserve vitamins and overall nutritional content.
Drying technology
Cooling technology
If pellets cool without drying, a large number of surface fractures form. The cool air will
remove some heat energy as well as water during the shrimp feed pellet cooling process. It
can be quickly packaged after being kept at room temperature.
Classifying Screener
Shrimp feed suppliers provide high-quality products that help improve the general health of the
shrimp. First, a classifying screener is used to screen unfinished items. Next, the machine bottom
is screened for pieces and powder. The finished materials are subsequently loaded into the feeds
column.
9. Packaging
The feed is stored and fed in shrimp
ponds along the coast; it is easily
impacted by moisture in the coastal
air. As a result, the feed pellets
must be put in plastic and paper
bags.
