DEMERGER FROM BAJAJ AUTO LIMITED AND THIS WAS DONE BECAUSE BAJAJ AS A
GROUP WANTED TO SPREAD ITS BUSINESS MORE INTO FINANCIAL SERVICES WHICH
WAS ONLY POSSIBLE BY RUNNING AN INDEPENDENT FIRM IN THAT AREA. T HIS
DEMERGER ENABLED BAJAJ FINSERV TO INDEPENDENTLY RUN ITS CORE BUS INESS OF
LENDING, INSURANCE AND WEALTH ADVISORY.
