- 4. This is me, Lara Ritson, I first began the Peaceful Learning voyage about six years ago. I thought of the idea of a nanny agency that provides high quality, respectful, gentle candidates and a place for parents to receive help and guidance on their parenting journey.

In this day and age, with our busy lives, it is super important to have someone looking after your child who can stay fully present and slow down to the childs pace, observing what they are really needing and interested in. Someone who can provide quality care moments and appropriate support through big emotions, as well as, guidance in a safe environment with clear boundaries. Every child deserves to be seen, heard and loved and my mission through Peaceful Learning is that every household has an environment that supports this.

Respect is something that you will witness when our nannies are interacting not only with you but your children as well.
