• Import Permit applications
must be filed with PEZA
prior to the actual arrival of
the goods (Rule X Section

importations must be
directly and actually
needed in the registered
activity and for the
exclusive use of the PEZA-
registered enterprise (Rule
XV Section 1.A.1.a)
• Hazardous chemicals,
explosives or ingredients
thereto, telecommunications

restricted materials
should be covered by the
necessary

clearances.
