1. Agape House, Inc., is located on the sunny southern edge of the famed Geneva Lake, in Lake Gene-
va, Wisconsin. Established in 1997 by Ben and Pam Patterson, Agape House was created to help girls
who are hurting and their families find healing, realize new directions, and build stronger foundations.
In 2007, the organization moved to its present location in a 125 year old church that has been brought
back to life and now serves as the school and home for the girls who come through our doors. In 2012,
the Agape House Counseling Center was opened just across the street, and stands as a reminder that the
organization is growing in leaps and bounds, meaning more girls and more families will be helped as we
grow.
Staff and Volunteers: Agape House has a full-time school, home, and counseling staff of 8-10 gifted
professionals, as well as a handful of equally talented part-time employees who work closely with each
department. A devoted group of joy-filled volunteers also tend to the educational, home, counseling, and
maintenance needs inherent in a thriving nonprofit.
Mission Statement: Agape House is a Christian ministry working with teen girls, young women, and
families. As the Lord helps them overcome the effects of abuse, addiction, and the hurts of their past,
they can be set free to walk in victory.

From the heart of one of our Agape Girls:
Sometimes I feel alone
Sometimes I wonder why
Sometimes I see no end in sight
Sometimes I cry
But then some days are better
They seem to come more often now
And then I look out and see a brighter future
Something really near
I think about Agape Love
And how much those here have helped me
