To Whom It May Concern,
I have the pleasure of knowing Jake Swierski for over 17 years. Before my retirement Jake had
done some volunteer work for me at Sisters of Charity Hospital over the course of the years. He
is extremely dependable and reliable. I am now a volunteer at Sisters and often had the pleasure
of seeing Jake at work in the gift shop. Jake’s customer service is exceptional. His interaction
with visitors as well as staff members is excellent. It is with great pleasure I would highly
