13. “ Roots” is the name of our thriving work with children and young people on Sunday mornings. Every Sunday morning our children and young people learn more about Jesus’ love and how each of them matters to God.
14. And here’s our new “Tuesday Club” where 5-11s are learning all about the “Fruits of the Spirit.”
15.
16.
17. And our Brownies and Guides go from strength to strength as they play, learn and raise money for charity.
18.
19.
20. And our Toddler Group & Little Fishes cater for 0-3s and their parents. Lots of fun for everyone!

22.
23.
24. And Youth Alpha is helping over 20 teenagers to understand Christianity better. We pray that they will come to faith, and grow in their faith.
25. And as our work with children and young people grows and develops, so it needs more leadership. That’s why we’re advertising now to recruit a new Lay Minister to head up the Children’s and Youth Work.
26. We also provide opportunities for the housebound to get together. This year we had a tea followed by a short service which included Communion.
48. And here’s the Pearl of Africa Choir at Emmanuel just a few days ago .
49. Last autumn we held our first Church Weekend. A great time of fellowship and fun as we shared all about “Travelling On.”
50. Some of the keen ones enjoyed a bracing walk on the Saturday afternoon!
51. And there’s so much more as well! So, thank you for all the ways in which you are helping to develop the Ministry of Emmanuel. And let’s look forward with confidence to what God is going to do amongst us and with us in the future. Let’s all play our part in giving generously to ensure that all God’s work is financed.
