2. What is Warm-Up?
Warming-up is performed before a performance or practice.
Athletes, singers, actors and others warm up before stressing their
muscles. Is an exercise that you do before do physical exercise, it
prepares your body to physical activity.
There are two types: SPECIFIC and GENERAL.
The specific warm-up prepares your body for do a specific activity
or sport, instead of general, that prepares your body for all physical
activities.
3. Stretching
Stretching is a form of physical exercise in
which a specific muscle or tendon (or
muscle group) is deliberately flexed or
stretched in order to improve the muscle's
felt elasticity and achieve comfortable
muscle tone.
4. Heart rate
The heart rate is the speed of the heartbeat
measured by the number of heartbeats per unit of
time. The heart rate can vary according to the
body's physical needs, including the need to
absorb oxygen and excrete carbon dioxide.
