 Providing L2 support for more than 10000+ VM and physical Windows servers located across
multiple datacenters across the globe.
 Rebuild, Re-installation, Decommission activity & Pre/Post check on physical server's and VM
servers.
 Installing software’s, Anti-Virus, Hotfix Rollout Changes & OS Service Pack through Altiris.
 Patching of servers through Altiris console.
 Handling cluster related issues and understanding of clustering concepts, failover whenever
required, running validation tests on the cluster and analyzing it.
 Fine tuning the server performance related issues like services, Memory, CPU, agent to improve
the server performance.
 Troubleshooting host disconnected from the Vcenter inventory and host not responding issues.
 Troubleshooting escalations & maintaining Server availability for business critical resources.
