It contains:
• 1. The program the school belongs to.
• 2.- Your ID. (AID)
• 3.- The ID of the school. (SID)
• 4.- Your name. IF IT IS NOT FULL AND
   CORRECT TELL US. (AT THE END OF THE PRESENTATION)
• 5.- The name of the school and its code.
• 6.- The amount of groups assigned to you.

PRESENTATION LETTER PROCEDURE IN
           THE SCHOOL
• Go to the school.
• Inform The Principal that you were assigned as
  the English assessor for the groups stated in
  the presentation letter, and that you are going
  to start working on Febuary 1st. 2012.
• Beginning this year please USE    BLUE INK
  to fill and sign all the PIEB original
  documents.

            SIGNATURE
• Request The Principal to sign and stamp the
  presentation letter.
SCHEDULE
• You were given ONE schedule Format, for each
  school, but GET 3 OR 4 PHOTOCOPIES OF THE
  SCHEDULE IN BLANK.
• It does not have your ID.
SCHEDULE
• Agree with the principal the schedule for each group.
  (30 MINUTES PER GROUP, MONDAY TO FRIDAY,
  EXCEPTION: FULL TIME SCHOOLS (PETC)WILL WORK
  30 MINUTES IN THE MORNING AND 30 MINUTES IN
  THE AFTERNOON WITH EACH GROUP)
• You can use some of the formats as draft, because…

  is corret and if you will accept the assignment.
• Once you have the documents filled out.
• Scan the documents and send them to
  ismlop.pipdgo@gmail.com
• You will be informed through the blog about when and
  where you will sign your contract.

  • 3. PRESENTATION LETTER INFORMATION It contains: • 1. The program the school belongs to. • 2.- Your ID. (AID) • 3.- The ID of the school. (SID) • 4.- Your name. IF IT IS NOT FULL AND CORRECT TELL US. (AT THE END OF THE PRESENTATION) • 5.- The name of the school and its code. • 6.- The amount of groups assigned to you.
  • 4. PRESENTATION LETTER ID • Identify your ID in your presentation letter. PROGRAM AID SID
  • 5. PRESENTATION LETTER CCT • The presentation letter has the school code. (Clave del Centro de Trabajo (CCT))
  • 6. WHERE IS MY SCHOOL LOCATED? • To look for your school get in to internet and go to “sistema nacional de información de escuelas” http://www.snie.sep.gob.mx/SNIESC/
  • 7. PRESENTATION LETTER PROCEDURE IN THE SCHOOL • Go to the school. • Inform The Principal that you were assigned as the English assessor for the groups stated in the presentation letter, and that you are going to start working on Febuary 1st. 2012.
  • 8. • Beginning this year please USE BLUE INK to fill and sign all the PIEB original documents.
  • 9. PRESENTATION LETTER STAMP AND SIGNATURE • Request The Principal to sign and stamp the presentation letter.
  • 10. SCHEDULE • You were given ONE schedule Format, for each school, but GET 3 OR 4 PHOTOCOPIES OF THE SCHEDULE IN BLANK. • It does not have your ID.
  • 11. SCHEDULE • Agree with the principal the schedule for each group. (30 MINUTES PER GROUP, MONDAY TO FRIDAY, EXCEPTION: FULL TIME SCHOOLS (PETC)WILL WORK 30 MINUTES IN THE MORNING AND 30 MINUTES IN THE AFTERNOON WITH EACH GROUP) • You can use some of the formats as draft, because…

INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE • EL NUMERO DE SESIONES ES EL NUMERO DE GRUPOS QUE ATIENDE POR CINCO. • EJEMPLOS: • CUATRO GRUPOS POR CINCO DÍAS DE LA SEMANA ES IGUAL A 20 SESIONES. • 6 GRUPOS POR 5 DÍAS DE LA SEMANA ES IGUAL A 30 SESIONES. • SI LOS HORARIOS CONTIENEN ALGÚN ERROR EL PROCESO DE CONTRATACIÓN SE DETENDRÁ, SIN IMPORTAR QUE EL ERROR SE DETECTE DESPUES DE SER RECIBIDO POR EL PIEB.

NUMERO DE SESIONES EN TIEMPO COMPLETO • En el caso de las escuelas de tiempo completo, claramente identificadas por que en la carta de presentación aparece PETC, puesto que trabajarán por la mañana y por la tarde en cada grupo: • Ejemplo: • TRES GRUPOS POR CINCO DÍAS DE LA SEMANA ES IGUAL A 30 SESIONES. 3 X 5 X 2. • 4 GRUPOS POR 5 DÍAS DE LA SEMANA ES IGUAL A 40 SESIONES. 4 X 5 X 2

  • 22. INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE • LA SEED NO ADMITIRÁ HORARIOS QUE NO INDIQUEN CLARAMENTE EL PERIODO DE RECESO. Si el receso es antes o después de sus clases aún así inclúyalo en su horario. • (LAS CLASES SERÁN EN SESIONES DE 30 MINUTOS POR GRUPO DE LUNES A VIERNES, SIN EXCEPCIONES)

  • 25. STATISTICS • FILL IT OUT COMPLETELY, GRADES 1ST TO 6TH. • IT DOES NOT MATTER THAT YOU WILL NOT WORK WITH ALL THE GROUPS • ¡TRAIGA LA ESTADÍSTICA DE TODA LA ESCUELA NO SOLO SUS GRUPOS! SOLO EL ORIGINAL
  • 26. PRESENTATION LETTER AT THE SUPERVISION • Ask to the principal the address of the School Zone Supervision (Supervisión Escolar) • Go to the School Zone Supervision. • Introduce yourself to the Supervisor and explain the reason why you are there.
  • 27. PRESENTATION LETTER AT THE SUPERVISION • Request the Supervisor to sign and stamp the presentation letter.
  • 28. PRESENTATION LETTER AT THE SUPERVISION • AFTER YOU HAVE IT SIGNED BY THE SUPERVISOR, GET 3 PHTOCOPIES OF YOUR PRESENTATION LETTER; TWO TO HAND IN AT THE PIEB OFFICE, AND ONE TO LEAVE AT THE PRINCIPAL´S OFFICE, FOR FUTURE REFERENCES.

RETURN TO THE PIEB ON FRIDAY JANUARY 27Th FROM 9:00 AM TO 2:00 PM. • MAKE SURE YOU HAVE: • 1.- PRESENTATION LETTER (ORIGINAL AND 2 PHOTOCOPIES) • STAMPED AND SIGNED BY THE PRINCIPAL AND SCHOOL ZONE SUPERVISOR. • 2.- SCHEDULE (ORIGINAL AND 2 PHOTOCOPIES OF EACH) • WITH THE CORRECT NUMBER OF SESSIONS. • 3.- STATISTICS (ONLY ONE) • DE TODA LA ESCUELA
  • 30. ASSESSORS IN MUNICIPALITIES • RETURN THE DOCUMENTS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, YOU CAN USE INTERNET AS IT IS EXPALINED AFTER THIS.

SCHOOL ZONE SUPERVISION: *PRESENTATION LETTER: SIGNED AND STAMPED. 4. PIEB: YOU HAND IN: *PRESENTATION LETTER (ORIGINAL AND 2 PHOTOCOPIES), *SHEDULE (ORIGINAL AND 2 PHOTOCOPIES) AND *STATISTICS 5. INFORMATION OF CONTRACT SIGNING: (THE DATE, PLACE, AND TIME WILL BE PUBLISHED IN THE BLOG )

FINAL INFORMATION • THERE ARE NO CHANGES OF SCHOOL, NUMBER OF GROUPS OR SHIFT. • PETC schools: If you find more or less groups of the same grade than those stated in the Presentation Letter in PETC schools, include an “oficio” about it, signed and stamped by the principal and authorized by Teacher Oralia Egure. • IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE SCHOOL TELL US, WRITTE DOWN THE REASON ON THE PRESENTATION LETTER AND SIGN IT, THEN GIVE IT TO A PIEB´S PERSONAL.

ASSESSORS IN MUNICIPALITIES • If your AID number appeared as assigned and want to receive the documents in your e-mail write to ismlop.pipdgo@gmail.com Include your name, AID, municipality and your wish to receive the documents electronically. • After this, e mail us informing if the number of groups is corret and if you will accept the assignment. • Once you have the documents filled out. • Scan the documents and send them to ismlop.pipdgo@gmail.com • You will be informed through the blog about when and where you will sign your contract.
