• It contains:
1.- Your ID.
2.- The ID of the school (SID).
3.- Your name. IF IT IS NOT FULL AND CORRECT TELL US.
4.- The name of the school and its code.
5.- The amount of groups assigned to you.
5. PRESENTATION LETTER ID
• Identify your ID in your presentation letter.
SID: School ID AID: Asesor´s ID
6. PRESENTATION LETTER CCT
• The presentation letter has the school code.
(Clave del Centro de Trabajo (CCT))
7. PRESENTATION LETTER PROCEDURE IN
THE SCHOOL
• Go to the school.
• Introduce yourself to the Principal and inform
him/her that you were assigned as the English
assessor for the groups stated in the
presentation letter.
8. PRESENTATION LETTER PROCEDURE IN
THE SCHOOL
IMPORTANT; Please check with the Principal the
amount of groups assigned to you. IF THERE IS ANY
DISSAGREMENT ABOUT THE AMOUNT OF GROUPS
YOU WERE ASSIGNED AND THE REALITY OF THE
SCHOOL, YOU MUST TELL US BEFORE CONTINUING
WITH THE PROCEDURE, SO PLEASE ASK THE
PRINCIPAL TO WRITE A LETTER (SIGNED AND
STAMPED )TO THIS COORDINATION EXPLAINING US
THAT, BECAUSE WE WON´T ACCEPT SCHEDULES THAT
HAVE DIFFERENCES WITH THE PRESENTATION
LETTER.
9. • Dont´t forget to use blue ink to fill all
PNIEB´s documents, even the
Principal´s signature .
10. PRESENTATION LETTER STAMP AND
SIGNATURE
• If there is not any discrepancy between the
presentation letter and the school reality, then
request him/her to sign and stamp the
presentation letter …..
and keep on the next step of procedure which is
filling the schedule.
11. SCHEDULE
• You were given ONE schedule Format, GET 2,
3 OR ENOUGH PHOTOCOPIES OF THE
SCHEDULE IN BLANK before you start filling it,
to make sure you have another one in case of
a mistake when filling the document..

• Agree with the Principal the schedule for each
group. (30 MINUTES PER GROUP, MONDAY TO
FRIDAY, NO EXCEPTIONS)

SCRATCHES, FOLDS, RED CHILLI OR LARD
STAINS, SUGAR, COFFEE, CANDY. WITH OUT
ANY MISTAKES ,CORRECTIONS OR LIQUID

• EL NUMERO DE SESIONES ES EL NUMERO DE GRUPOS
QUE ATIENDE POR CINCO.
• EJEMPLOS:
• CUATRO GRUPOS POR CINCO DÍAS DE LA SEMANA ES
IGUAL A 20 SESIONES.
• 6 GRUPOS POR 5 DÍAS DE LA SEMANA ES IGUAL A 30
SESIONES.
• SI LOS HORARIOS CONTIENEN ALGÚN ERROR EL
PROCESO DE CONTRATACIÓN SE DETENDRÁ, SIN
IMPORTAR QUE EL ERROR SE DETECTE DESPUES DE SER

24. SCHEDULE
• Agree with the Principal, and after all the
request information is complete with no
mistakes or corrections, ask the Principal to
sign and the stamp the schedule format.
25. SCHEDULE PHOTOCOPIES
GET 3 PHTOCOPIES OF YOUR FILLED
SCHEDULE, TO HAND IN AT THE PIEB OFFICE.
• Get a photocopy to paste on the wall of the
Principal´s office.
• Keep one.
• We need the original and 2 copies.
26. PRESENTATION LETTER AT THE
SUPERVISION
• Ask to the principal the address of the School
Zone Supervision (Supervisión Escolar)
• Go to the School Zone Supervision.
• Introduce yourself to the Supervisor and
explain the reason why you are there.
27. PRESENTATION LETTER AT THE
SUPERVISION
• Request the Supervisor to sign and stamp the
presentation letter.
28. PRESENTATION LETTER AT THE
SUPERVISION
• AFTER YOU HAVE IT SIGNED BY THE
SUPERVISOR GET 2 PHTOCOPIES OF YOUR
PRESENTATION LETTER, TO HAND IN AT THE
PIEB OFFICE.
29. RETURN TO THE PIEB
ON THE DATE YOU WERE REQUEST.
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE:
1.- PRESENTATION LETTER (ORIGINAL AND 2
PHOTOCOPIES) STAMPED AND SIGNED BY THE
PRINCIPAL AND SCHOOL ZONE SUPERVISOR.
2.- SCHEDULE (ORIGINAL AND 2 PHOTOCOPIES OF
EACH) WITH THE CORRECT NUMBER OF
SESSIONS.
