qualified employees. Once our candidate is hired, we stay on the sidelines for 90 days to
ensure a good assimilation.

• Additional support or training assistance available for 90 days, if needed.
• On-the-job training funding available.
All of our clients fall into a tax-credit eligibility category and we can help you wade
through the myriad of tax credits.

Although we often focus on entry-level positions, PEP Jobs has a variety of candidates with
various skill and experience.
• Most have between two and ten years of experience.
• 50% have a bachelor’s degree.
• 10% have a master’s degree.
If we don’t have an appropriate match for you, we can direct you to another trusted
professional who does!
