Our standard screening process includes:

»     Skills testing 
»     Minimum of 2 technical references from recent past supervisors
                          Additional services can be conducted upon request:
                          »   Verification of degrees and certifications
                          »   Drug testing
                          »   Criminal background check

    Performance Guarantee:
    We provide guarantees on all of our contractors and direct‐hire placements.  If for 
    any reason our contractor or direct hire placement does not work out and/or meet
