Vincent Connolly has 5 years of professional experience recruiting in the I.T, Construction & Engineering
industries. He works closely with his clients and candidates to understand their individual needs, and provides
tailored solutions to exceed their expectations. His strengths and skills include the ability to cultivate and build
relationships, excellent communication skills, and time management. He prides himself on his personable and
consultative approach, striving to be an Industry expert within his specialist fields. He has consistently

Vincent possesses in-depth knowledge within his specialist fields and is involved with all aspects of the

Permanent Recruitment
We always engage with our clients to develop efficient and effective recruitment methods which we always
deliver through to completion. We are a transparent business that believes in being up-front with our clients and
clearly outlining our capabilities at the commencement of any engagement. Our service can be applied to the
recruitment of a single candidate for a specific role or to large scale campaigns, both hold as much weight and
we are experienced in a multitude of scenarios to deliver permanent resources. This ensures continuation of
our engagement with the client and the candidate by supporting them both, from initial meeting through to
completion of probation and on-boarding. We believe in supporting our candidates and clients through the initial
stages of their employment to prevent early attrition.

Search and Selection Recruitment (Executive Search)
Executive Search has now emerged as the preferred method for attracting senior candidates within a business,
typically the base salaries will be above and beyond $200k+.
Confidentiality is a high priority and prospective appointees are unlikely to be seeking alternative employment
and remain passive, this is where we really earn our fee, not only sourcing suitable candidates but selling the
clients brand, position description and growth in the role.

hunting out and sourcing the best candidates for senior management/director and/or board level positions and a

Engaging Inspire to act as a master vendor allows clients to control the time and cost associated with staffing
and recruitment to a greater degree than ever before. Quality and productivity is improved whilst costs can be
lowered. Organisations dealing with multiple recruitment providers are often not able to achieve the best and
most consistent value for money. The line managers within these organisations are required to be further
engaged than necessary reducing focus on their core activities and responsibilities. Dealing with multiple

Vendor Management continued...

A master vendor relationship with Inspire not only identifies the real cost of recruitment, but enables that cost to
be delivered through a single invoice. The recruitment supply chain is consolidated and improved, lowering the
unit cost overall.
Our services have been taken up further in 2011 as the job market starts to increase and candidates becoming
scarcer. Clients are realising the benefits of having one ‘definitive’ service rather than multiple vendors all
aligned with the clients best interests at heart!

On-site Managed Services

Alongside Vendor Management, we are often asked to provide On-Site Services for clients who are either under
staffed, have volume recruitment campaigns running or simply want our expertise within their organisation.
We have a significant amount of experience of managing service delivery from client premises, often placing
individual Account Managers/Coordinators through to whole delivery teams on site.
The benefits of this approach are that a deeper understanding is devised as a result of closer integration with
the clients business and culture. This leads to enhanced management and coordination of the service process,
closer involvement with client operational staff to delivering better communication and responsiveness to needs
and the development of bespoke operational and financial management information, often using the clients own
systems and processes.
