program is currently in Phase One development to make Transamerica.com website the primary source of
information about Transamerica. This website represents Transamerica as a whole and is shared by every division
within Transamerica. Eventually, all the current Transamerica websites will be integrated into this website to ensure
a single and strong presence on the internet. This new website will provide Transamerica marketing areas with the
ability to change the content of the website more quickly without the need of technical support. It also will provide
current information about the products, company, and how to contact us for consumers and our customers. It will
include separate areas for Financial Professionals and Businesses we do business with. This allows Transamerica
to target information to those groups separate from consumers.

appropriate revenue amounts.
The objective of the proposed solution is to implement Generic Plan Selector which eases up the process of
Selecting Insurance Plans for the patients. Currently, Teammates have limited flexibility in searching for insurance
plans and leading to incorrect insurance plans being created and selected causing payment denials in turn booking
incorrect revenue. With newly developed Generic Plan Selector, Teammates have increased flexibility and usability
in searching for plans and selecting those causing very less patients with incorrect plans.
