Today heart disease is a major concern for our life. To protect our heart is very
important. So today I am writing 12 killing habits to protect your heart from
getting a heart.
1. Eat 150 grams dry fruits
Mixed Dryfruits
The first initiative is to use to protectourheart from getting hurt is to take approx.
150 gr dry fruits weekly. The fruits like chestnut and almonds are very useful.
These dry fruits reduce the chances of heart disease from getting heart is approx.
One-third. Often we have observed that our parents say that eat dry fruits so the
secret is behind that it is helpful for your heart.
Green tea is also useful for our heart because it consists of antioxidants, which
reduces blood pressure and cholesterol. We should also take natural and fresh
juice. In this connection, I will suggest you take orange and pineapple juice it all
reduces the chances of heart attack. We will strongly advise you that fresh juice
is better than the juice which has prepared one or two hours before. This is
the first killing habits to protect your heart from getting hurt.
2. Sound sleep
Sound Sleep
To protect your heart from getting hurt a sound sleep of 7-8 hours is very
important. Due to the dearth of proper sleep stress hormone and blood pressure
may increase. It also affects the sugar level of our body. If someone is taking less
than 5 hours of sleep, you may understand the critical situation of your life. You
should also understand that if someone is taking a sleep of more than 9-10 hours
in a day than it is also dangerous for your life and there may be a chance of heart
attack.
So a sound sleep is very important to protect your heart from getting hurt.
Today we are passing our life in a very hectic way.
The working hours in a private job is very long. So we devote less time to our
sleep.
But you know health is wealth, so you have to care for your life.
3. Consumption of vegetables and fruits
Mixed Vegetable
It is very important for you that you increase the intake of fruits and vegetables
in your daily diet as much as you can, it may be approx. 500-to 600gr. As it is
well known that these food supplements are a rich source of fiber. Garlic is very
useful to prevent heart blockage. Your diet should not contain more than 30% of
fat if you are a normal human being, but if you are suffering from heart disease
than it should be approx. 15-20%. You should just remember that at any costyou
should take fiber from any source.
So to protect your heart from getting hurt it is very important to all types of
green and fresh vegetables like spinach, cauliflower, ladyfinger, pumpkin, and
fruits like apple, orange, pear, Pineapple.
4. Control on body weight
If there is a rise in body weight it may create the problem for you because an
increase in bodyweight may causea rise in blood pressure, cholesteroland effects
on sound sleep. Increase in body weight is very harmful to our heart. An
overweight person can’t be healthy in any manner. He has to face so many
problems. Recently an obese and overweight women died because of kidney
failure. If an overweight personis feeling healthy than there is also a risk for the
heart.
You should check your weight at a periodic interval. So to protect your heart
from getting hurt it is very important to control your bodyweight.
5. Start cycling
Cycling
The personwho is suffering from heart disease doctorsuggestto do yoga, cardiac
exercise and also recommend for cycling. If you are not doing cycling, please
start today onwards. If it is not possiblefor you to do cycling than we recommend
you to start swimming, skating and sailing.
6. Control on your anger

Being angry is not good forthe heart. A recent report has declared that the people
who do a lot of anger on someone there would be a chance of coronary artery
disease is doubled and a chance of heart attack is tripled. The people are angry in
nature they always live in a great critical condition. In anger, they may do any
unwanted activities. So to protect your heart from getting hurt it is so
important to control your anger.
7. Consumption of sugar

your heart. The daily need of sugar for a man is 35 grand for women it is 25 gr.
If you are eating more than this quantity than now be cautious in consumption of
the same. To eat more salt is also dangerous for the heart. So while eating sugar
as well as salt, be careful.

American heart association says that laughing process reduces stress hormone
and increases good cholesterol. Blood flow also increases when you laugh. Many
times you have observed that the person who is laughing very loudly, the face
look very reddish in color. The inner layer dilates very fast of the blood vessels.

smokers. So you may understand the harmful effects of smoking. I want to draw

probability that you get trapped from smoking.
So please take a precaution that you will not smoke in future.
10. Make a habit of walking
Walking is a good habit for all those people who want to be fit and especially for
those who are suffering from heart disease. Today onwards make a habit to walk
in the morning and evening. It is advisable to all of my readers does exercise
regularly. Yoga is very common today. Today Baba Ramdeo is very famous for
their yoga. You may follow them to know good yoga for yourself.
11. Try to leave with your family
The personwho is leaving alone there is the possibility of happening heart disease
as compared to thosewho live with their family. There are more chances ofstroke
in a person who lives alone, so try to leave with your family.
12. Make a friendship with dog
Doggy
The person who has a dog is more active than a general person. Because due to
his doggy he always is active which prevents him from a heart problem.
