The Communication in the school is presently in a manual
mode where the communications are carried out through
student dairies or phone calls. But we intend to build a strong
platform that will enable real time communication and
interaction for teachers and parents right on their mobiles.

system and perform the following functions, like creating student records,
creating faculty records, sending notifications results etc.
• Faculty Module: This module enables faculty to post assignments, attendance,
daily feedback etc. on to the system which can be accessed by the students.
• Results on Mobiles: The students can enquire about results on Mobiles through
this Mobile Applications
• Alert System: The administrator will able to send alerts to users in case of any
meetings using this method. In this module we will interface the Alert Module
where in all the alerts will be sent using Mobile Application
• Class & Faculty Schedule: Using this module a student can enquire about a
particulars days schedule and a particular teachers schedule using Mobile
Application

1. Parents will have facility to get Results/Dairy Entries/Transport Alerts/Fee Alerts etc.
instantly using SMS.
2. The departmental authorities and faculty will have facility to send notifications,
results etc. to students

premises.
• In case of some meeting instead of personally calling each and every person, a
single alert can be sent to all the concerned people as notification.
• The most important aspect is faster communication between all entities in an
institution.
