 Installation and configuration of ERP in AM-86 platform(flat file) and later on migrated on
MS SQL database
 Installed and configured Novel Netware(before Windows NT in place)
 Configured SCALA ERP with most largest Warehouse Management system capable of
handling 28,000+ inventory items with world class parameters
 Configured General Ledger, Procurement , Sales Order and Product costing modules as
per requirement specifications of KAFCO
 Migrated to SAP ERP in year 2010
B. IT Infrastructure
1993 to Till date :
Built a strong and robust Data communication infrastructure with my direct contributions that
includes :
 LAN : Installed Fiber Optic Network in KAFCO Plant locating in Anwara, Chittagong
approximate 4 KM long and connected KAFCO Housing colony 4 KM away from Plant and
also expanded the Fiber Optic Network to the Housing colony where 400+ families are stays.
 WAN: Connected KAFCO Corporate office locating in IDB Building, Agargoan Dhaka with
Plant through Intercity Fiber Optic backbone cable and with redundant of Radio link.
2002 to Till date :
 Installed world class data centers in Dhaka and KAFCO Plant at Chittagong with 36
servers at initial and now reduced to 20+ through virtual machines
