1. Introduction to the meditation
[ The meditation is a deep reflection of the mind while the man attentively and carefully considers
something.
The mental body 1
of the man must not be confused with his/her brain that is a part of its
physical body 2
; the astral body and the mental body are out of the physical body of the man 3
, but
they are connected to this last body 4
; who meditates outside of itself it meditates in the worlds
astral and mental of the Life after Death.
The man can meditate on his/her experiences of life and thought inside himself/herself
fixing also his/her own thought in his/her own intimate where our heart is found (first method:
internal meditation), to find God and with Him the truths of the life 5
, or the man can meditate out
side of itself, in the worlds astral and mental (second method: external meditation), on the
things, on the feelings, on the emotions, on the states of mind or on other facts, objects or

situations that are happened to whom meditates and so on, because in theory it can be meditated
on everything. But we advise to meditate only in our inner where there is our heart - where God
waits for us 6
with His illuminations and answers 7
- and on the truths of the Christian Faith
of the Ordine Gesù Redentore (Jesus Redeemer Order) among which the Mysteries of the
Rosary, but for no more than fifteen minutes as Our Lady Mary suggested on December 10th
1925
to Lucy of Fatima 8
.
The Buddha, recommended instead to his disciples to meditate on the objects, the colours,
the breath and an only fact “the origin and the cessation of the sufferings in the man 9
“, but he
recommended them to make long meditations also particularly a deep reflexive analysis of own
mental state 10
.
To know what he/she doesn't know the man he/she can look for in the libraries, or he/she
but it is inside himself /herself that the man can find the answers on the truths and on the
mysteries of the life; can ask questions to other peoples; I don't tell it, the Lord God tells it:
a. << Why to look for the guide in somebody else? Why not to directly come to me?
Don't you know that I AM inside of you?? Don't you know that if only you allow Me I AM here for
answering to all questions, to help to resolve the problems and to guide and to direct your
footsteps? I never impose me to anybody. You must choose to look for and to find me, and when
you do it I AM ready there to take the reins, to pour again the love on you and through of you,
ready to show you the walk. Once that your choice you have done and you have allowed Me to
hold the rudder, you can relax and simply to follow step by step or My instructions; you will assist
to unfold of My wonder and of My glory, you will see to happen in your life a miracle after the other.
You will discover that when something is correct and it has My full benediction, nothing and
nobody can hinder it, since everything will happen to the correct moment in an authentic perfection
11
>>;
b. << Why not to start since now to receive your spiritual inspiration making you directly
guide, rather than through somebody else? Don't you realize to possess inside of you wisdom,
knowledge and understanding? Don't have need to look for them out, but you have to stop you in
all calm to find them in the depth of your heart instead. There is not anything more splendid or that
is worth more of the direct contact with Me, spring of the whole creation. This means that you must
devote it some time and, if necessary, to get for finding this contact. You must reach the phase
where you become indeed aware of Me and of Mine divine and constant presence, in which you
desire to conduct Me in the totality of your life, the phase in which you want to walk and to talk to

Me sharing every thing with Me both your successes and your failures.. When the love flows and
you are One with Me, more than every other thing you desire to divide what you have with Me 12
>>.
c. << The internal answers: When it is looked for the answers they are found inside of
itselves. It is something that must be underlined very often and with a lot of strength. You wastes a
lot of time investigating out the mysteries of the life of itself, when they are instead inside his/her
own being. When you will fully make yourself realize that I AM inside of you and that I AM the
whole knowledge, the whole wisdom, the whole understanding, will stop wasting time.
Try to imagine to have a perennial source of foamy water that climbs inside of you. The
whole knowledge, the whole wisdom, the whole understanding, the whole love they are found
really at the spring of this source, waiting for to come out, waiting for to be revealed, when you
recognize them and you accept them.
Don't need some teacher of some gurus. Everything that of which you have need is an
expansion of awareness in way to be able to accept these truths. They exist because all can
accept them, when they are ready to do it 13
>>.
Of it derives that the meditations must be always internal and never external, that is out of
the man as those of the Buddha, of the Buddhists and of other Oriental and Western men.
The internal answers, that is those of God, are always exact because He is " …the whole
knowledge , the whole wisdom, the whole understanding and the whole love … 14
".
Unfortunately the men, as for an instance the Buddhists, look for almost always outside of
them and therefore they don't find the answers that have instead inside of them 15
.
The meditations are so different in the men that it is impossible to analyse them with the
with the exception of the believers of the single religion for an instance those of the Christians
especially those on the Mysteries of the Rosary (Joyous, Painful and Glorious); Our Lady Mary
gives "The Graces necessary to the Salvation to all those people that will meditate on the
Mysteries of the Rosary for five months, at the first Saturday, they will confess themselves, they will
receive the Saint Eucharist and they will meditate the Mysteries for fifteen minutes with the
intention to offer her reparations for the wrongs suffered by Her or by Her Son Jesus 16
". This
promise of Our Lady Mary shows how much Important are the meditations of the man and
particularly those on the Mysteries of the Rosary and those to discover the Mysteries of the life,
but it also shows the spiritual power of Our Lady Mary itself.
The Buddha meditated and taught to meditate outside of him and it is for this that he didn't
find God and it didn't make Him find, he doesn't make Him find and it won't make Him find to his
disciples that his method of meditation observes.

The Buddhist model of meditation on the objects is called o the Four Absorptions
(Jhana); in these models the meditative levels are of increasing intensity 17
, but all four teach to
meditate outside of itself, while God, with His omniscience and power, it is in the heart of the
man 18
. Buddha prescribed to his disciples that they had to meditate on a sole fact, the
origin and the extinction of the suffering in the man 19
; all these Buddhist types of meditation
they are outside of the man, in the worlds astral and mental; therefore the meditation taught by the
Buddha prevents the meditation in the heart, where God waits for us; therefore the knowledge of
the Buddha and of the Buddhists will be always a limited human knowledge , entirely inadequate
without the knowledge of God!
Gotama Siddhattha, as young, as child of a rich or of a noble man, had personal
experiences of life as son, husband and father of a child and as friend before discovering at the
outside of his palace: in an old man, the old age, in a sick, the illness and in a funeral, the death. At
the end he saw a wandering religious, a samana, serene and calm, that had renounced to the
pleasures of the world and the flesh, and in such way he understood that that was the road to
discover how to defeat the pain from the life, if this had been possible.
The direct experiences of the life can be of two types: intimate (sensations, emotions,
joys, sentiments and states of mind) or external to us, on the actions that we have done, on the
omissions, on the things, on the facts, on the situations or on the sufferings and the joys of the
human ones.
In theory it can be meditated on everything. But we suggest to meditate only on the
Truths of the Christian Faith of the Ordine Gesù Redentore (Jesus Redeemer Order); nevertheless
the meditation most important is that in the heart where the Lord God waits us to be recognized
and made to emerge 20
for answering to our questions also 21
!
The to Know of the Buddha for itself only not to allow the man, that is to the
Buddhist ones, to profit of the omniscience of God, because Siddhartha ignored the Absolute one
since he didn't find any proof of the existence of a personal soul (Atman) or of its cosmic
equivalent (Brahman) 22
, in spite of the Lord God was also in his heart 23
. Siddhartha didn't find
God because he didn't meditate in his intimate, where the heart he had and it was for this that
he committed very serious errors because he was deceived by Satan 24
. You sees the error

n*8 of the paragraph 21 of our document “The discoveries and the errors of the Buddha Gotama
Siddhattha.
The meditation is a deep reflection of the man to understand the truths of the life, the
reasons and the sense of the same life or for other purposes but the good way to find cited truths
and reasons it is that to directly ask questions to God that waits us in our heart 25
.
Us Christian ones of the Ordine Gesù Redentore (Jesus Redeemer Order) concentrate our
thought in our intimate where the heart there is and we ask to the Lord God the explanation of the
mysteries of the Life and on the truths of the Christian Faith.
Then, as there are two methods of meditation, one interior and the other exterior 26
, there
are also two places for the meditation:
a. The first place for the meditation is inside of us, in our inner, where our heart is
(internal meditation) ; it is the most important place whether to meditate, because it is there that
the Lord God waits for us 27
, if we are able to make silence inside of us because it is in the quiet
that God speaks to us 28
and that the Lord's answers we receive to our questions or His
illuminations on our doubts 29
..
The same Lord God said:
a. << You stop looking for help in the others, look for it inside of you and you will find it ….
.30
>>;
b. << You discover that the Kingdom of the Skies is inside of you; you can stop your
search and to look within you: you will find all that you looks for …. 31
>>;
c. << (.) << (.) Then, when any doubt attacks you, you turn the look inside of you, search
the truth and I will reveal it to you; then you continue in peace and confident for your
road 32
>> ;
d. << Why to look for the guide in somebody else? Why not to directly come from Me?
Don't you know that, if only you allow Me, I AM here for answering to all questions, to
help to resolve the problems and to guide and to direct your footsteps? I never impose
me to anybody…. 33
>>;
e. << It looks inside of you and your heart will speak to you. You make your examination
and not to listen to all of this that is outside, because if you listen to the so many
whispers and external buzzes, you will find yourself in such a dilemma not to be known

how to distinguish the truth from the forgery anymore and you will lose the road. All the
souls can find the truth inside of them, but this means that they must devote some time
to the interiorization …. 34
>>.
The internal meditation is very important, but also the reflections on our thoughts, on our
actions or omissions they are very important because in our intimate world there is also the truth of
ourselves; this truth we must look for understanding the true reasons for ours to act because << to
spiritually live means to know ourselves 35
>>.
In the matter the disembodied Teachers of the Cerchio Firenze 77 (Circle Florence 77)
teach that it is fundamental to know ourselves for our spiritual growth; on the matter they
say: " in the intimate of ourselves we must practice a constant awareness of our being to know
ourselves , that is to know as we are really. It is necessary to seek the truth of our being because -
to modify the humanity - we must modify the single individuals, whose limitations fall <…. following
intimate reflections, of a careful analysis, exactly, in which is understood that his/her own
responsibility, his/her own existence, must be more felt, more turned to the others. Then a double
to become aware of his/her own limits and of the possibility to be different. You practice the
constant awareness, because it can widen and to embrace that part of you that today it is
unconscious; without staying, continually continuing in this examination; and the truth of
yourselves will come to the surface, it will be one conquest of yours. It is in the conquest of this
individual truth - that then it corresponds to the reality of yourselves - you will submit yourselves to
a treatment of psychoanalysis, of psychotherapy. It doesn't deal with finding attenuating to his/her
own way to act, but to try to understand as really we are, 121g. To spiritually live means to know
itselves; to tend with the whole of itselves to that ideal of altruism, of love to the neighbour, of
spirituality suggested by the teachers but this understood in the correct sense. Those are the
moral ideals that your conscience must have and those you must pursue. The man must know
himself/herself, to know his/her own limits, to understand up to that point is of the world and up to
that point is of the spirit. This means to live a spiritual life 127g. The constant, vigilant
awareness (you see) of itselves ì, the constant vigilant examination of his/her own reasoning - in
the maximum sincerity of itselves - must make to understand the motives for which that thought
subsists, without worrying if they can appear selfish motives. Egoism (you see) has been, up to
this moment of the evolution, the push that has developed your vehicles, your faculties,
your internal life we can say. It is from now on, when it starts to reveal itself the possibility of a to
feeling that it freely flow, that egoism doesn't have reasons to exist anymore. The thought that you
are you or the thinker, that are you, can experiment the reality, only if its thought transcends itself,
that is it transcends every selfish motion the self or me. And this to transcend now it realizes itself,
or perhaps in thousand years, only and always in the constant awareness of yourselves. The time

doesn't matter. Your meditation can last years, perhaps lives: but this doesn't mean that you must
postpone, that there is not hurry to come to a conclusion 36
>>.
b. The second place for the meditation, is outside of the man (external meditation),
outside of ourselves, in the worlds or plans astral and mental 37
with the thought 38
; this way they
meditate the greatest part of the Oriental ones included Buddhists. The thought is an activity aware
of the mind; the mind it is a different body from the physical body and therefore it is separate from
the brain, but it is connected with it; Cerchio Firenze 77 (Circle Florence 77) is seen, Dictionary of
the Circle, pages 47 (brain), 60 (mental body) 113 (psychic faculties), 210 (thought), Mediterranee;
nevertheless <<The thought, considered as idea, as meaning, as activity of the thinker-thought, is
analogous to the attribute, to the condition, to the quality, to the state of the things; that is it doesn't
exist in itself but it is tightly connected to the thinker-thought as all one with that: all that the man
considers abstract. That is existing only as thought, in itself it has the nature of the idea, but as
such it is indissolubly tied to the support, to the substratum of "substance": the thinker-thought 39
>>.
In the plans or worlds astral and mental the Lord God doesn't allow us to find Him because
there are too many dilemmas and too confusion in such plans or worlds 40
.
In the astral or mental plans it can happen to men a very disagreeable event: to be
deceived by Satan as it happened to me, but then I understood the deception and therefore I
stopped meditating outside of me.
I think that in such "second place " Siddhattha has addressed his attention to find the
truths of the life, … the meaning and the sense of something or to clarify his doubts on specific
matters. But in this way he made big errors and wasted his meditative time because he
didn't meditate inside himself, but outside of himself; unfortunately for him and for his disciples
they cannot be found outside of us the explanations of the Mysteries of the life because such
explanations are found only inside the own being where God waits for us…with the whole
knowledge, the whole wisdom, the whole understanding and the whole love… 41
. When the
disciples of the Buddha will realize it they will stop wasting out time with their meditations outside
them 42
.
Probably this second place for the meditation was taught to Siddhattha by his teachers
Alàra Kàlàma and Uddaka Ramaputta and it is on this base that the Buddha developed his method
of meditation 43
. But the two teachers of Siddhattha, Alàra and Uddaka, would have had to know

that the Upanishad recommended the meditation on the Self or Divine Spark that it is found in the
heart of the man 44
.
Siddhattha didn't know that the Lord God was inside himself in his same heart 45
and alone
he didn't succeed in discovering it because if he had discovered this first place for the meditation
he would have found God with His illuminations and answers 46
and in such way he would not have
committed errors in his doctrine 47
.
Consequently Siddhattha - not having learned to meditate inside himself (also in his heart),
first method or first place of meditation, - but, having chosen to meditate only outside of himself
(second method or second place of meditation), he could not teach to his disciples the first
method of meditation, but only the second one, in the second place, that to meditate outside of
itselves; therefore the Buddhists, as the Buddha they are found in the Darkness 48
, of the distance
from God and from His Christ; therefore the Buddhists cannot have the knowledge and the wisdom
of God.
Because of his wrong method of meditation and way to discover the truths of the life, the
Buddha didn't discover the existence of God and the Divine Spark or Self inside of himself, in his
same heart 49
, and therefore he ignored that the man could directly acquire from the Lord, in his
heart, through the Divine illumination the truths of the life 50
(hearing the voice of God as Eileen
Caddy, English woman, in the 20th
century or the voice of the Lord Jesus Christ, as it happened to
Jakob Lorber, Austrian, in the 19th
century . In the 20th
century to Maria Valtorta Italian it was
granted to relive the evangelical episodes as she had participated to them two thousands years
ago in Palestine during the life of Jesus.
Erroneously Siddhattha believed that the man could acquire only the knowledge with the
mind, that is outside of himself, particularly with the meditation on a sole fact: the origin and the
extinction of the suffering in the man 51
; therefore the Buddha ignored the possibility that the Lord
God same talked to His children, but he also ignored the relationship of love that unites all the
human beings and their God 52
.
This ignorance caused a separation of the Buddha from God at mental level, but limitedly to
the same Siddhattha since God is always present in the heart of all His children 53
whoever they

of the Buddhist ones also and of other men that they don’t believe in God, but God is also
in the hearth of the wicked ones.
Men are united by a relationship of love among them and their God, but very many men of
it don’t know the existence or they don’t accept it; unfortunately, such separation from God and
from the other human beings is at the origin of all the sufferings of the world, of the conflicts
and of the wars 55
>>.
Therefore of the Buddhists it is very appreciated the Not violence 56
].
2. The meditation in the West and in the East
In the West for meditation we intends a << deep reflection of the mind to seek the truth, the
reasons, the sense and the aspects of anything 57
>>, but unfortunately it is not widespread the
knowledge that meditating within our heart we find the Lord God ready to answer all questions, to
help to solve all problems and to guide and direct our every step if we only let Him 58
.
In the East very many teachers or guru teach meditation: at the two Oriental mental
extremes there is the internal meditation, that is in the inner of the man - as that in the heart of
Paramahansa Yogananda 59
, who moved him to USA - and the external meditation, that is on the
outside of the man, as that taught by the Buddha and by very many others, for instance by Sogyal
Rinpoche 60
, who moved himself to West.
The meditation can be internal or external to the man 61
as we have explained in the
preceding pages; the internal meditation is that in the inner of the man, in his/her heart where
God is found 62
; to find God is enough to fix the thought in the heart listening the pulsation of
it, but without having hurry to get the answer 63
and least of all pretending something as it made the
Buddha that pretended to have from God the proof that the Lord himself existed, but it is just to ask
some questions to the Lord, as He desires 64
; the external meditation is in the astral and mental
worlds or planes, where all there are, also Satan and the other Demons, but where the Lord God
doesn't make him find.

I remember that the external meditations to the man are a loss of time when they
have the purpose to discover the Mysteries of the life 65
or they are useless - as those of the
Buddha - for the widening of the knowledge of the man, one of the motives for which the man
himself/herself lives on the Earth.
The methods of meditation are mental processes entirely personal, making part of the world
of every person that meditates, that is of the person that reflects deeply on the life, on the truths of
the life, on the reasons of his/her actions or omissions, on the person and the life of the Lord
Jesus or of His Mother, Our Lady Mary, on the facts, on the phenomena, on the things, on the
images, on the experiences and similars; it can be agreed that the meditations of the others fellow
creatures are not observable, nor verifiable because they might be the more different and
numerous and they are secret.
Of it derives that the meditations of different people are hardly comparable among them,
unless more people meditate on the same facts or other as the Christians that meditate on the
truths of their Faith; insofar any attempt to catalogue the subject of the meditation is practically
impossible, also because the meditation also depends on the Life after Death to start from the
opening of the third eye or spiritual eye.
For personal experience I can say that the third eye has opened me after having repeatedly
fixed my look on the center of the low part of the forehead, a little above the center of the
eyebrows. After the opening of the third eye, that has happened after an intense and long period
of prayers, reflections and silence they have appeared some lights in my internal sight and after a
certain time - always in the third eye (and in front of it) - they have appeared one after the other
different "screens" television type, to understand each other. I deduced of it that at every screen
corresponded a different plane or sub plane of existence of the astral and mental worlds. I have
done everything by myself; there was no need of some teacher or guru just has said the Lord God
at Findhorn in the 20th
century 66
.
We believe that the man is submitted to a lot of tests during a period that lasts some years
before it can be opened his spiritual eye and before it can be made to emerge the Lord God in our
heart 67
(I think however that the teachings and the spiritual tests continue up to the last day of
terrestrial life, even if they decrease of number).
This happens because we are not reliable, neither very incline to the fidelity and the
perseverance, that are very appreciated by the Lord God. During such period of tests - that we
think it be different from person to person - our patience and the purity of our meditative intents
they are also appraised on the facts of the material or spiritual life.
My motivation for the meditation has always been that to know; I have never had some
doubt on the existence of God, on His Spirit, on His being the Father-Mother-God of the whole

human kind 68
, neither on His Son Jesus, neither on the Our Lady Mary, and not even on Her
virginity after the birth of the Jesus Child .
I looked for, instead, instead of understanding as it could be happened that the Jesus Child
had been born without violating the virginity of His Mother, but I didn't succeed in realizing it up to
when it had shown me in vision: the Jesus Child was born as Child of Light and the Light, that It is
energy, became flesh for a successive to solidify of the energy for Divine will. Then I understood
also the reason for the wonder of the shepherds invited by the angel to make visit to the Jesus
Child 69
, because at that time the birth of a child in a cowshed was a normal fact.
It seems me to be able to say, that in the relationships with the Life after Death is very
important also the patience and the subjugation to the Divinity. Who wants roofs as the Buddha
Gotama Siddhattha 70
, who has other pretensions or he/she doesn't have patience and he/she
wants to achieve his/her egoistic purposes God cannot like him/her as it happened to the Buddha,
even if God loved him; who is not humble he/she is not appreciated by the Lord until it doesn't
become it. The Buddha was proud and obstinate 71
. People who are in a hurry, as they had to
have it Alàra Kàlàma and Uddaka Ràmaputta, teachers of Gotama Siddhattha, and same Buddha,
they had before to learn to be patient and respectful and to be silent. Buddha was around thirty
years old and naturally he had in itself the strength, the hurry and the impatience to show his
teachers his own abilities.
The teachers and their disciples and whoever other, if they insist in the meditation over the
limit fixed by the Sky, the same meditation it is interrupted by Someone of the Life after Death,
also because the planes or worlds of existence are rigidly divided as well we know (planes or
world physical, astral, mental and akasico or of the conscience worlds 72
) as their subplanes 73
.
After that the Hindus meditator had both the feeling that during a certain meditation it didn't happen
anything (seventh meditative level or jhana) - over what had already been made to see to hear or
to understand - or that there was not more neither perception, neither not-perception (eighth jhana)
74
.
Gotama Siddhattha known as the Buddha was a great thinker, proud and stubborn 75
, and
it is almost certain that he has wanted a corroboration on everything, also on the existence of God
and the Divine Spark or Self or Spirit 76
. To the future Buddha it was not possible to find God
because the Lord was within Him 77
, while Siddharta was looking for the Lord on the
outside of him; it was not possible to Siddhartha not even to define God, because the Lord is

infinite and therefore indefinable for nature 78
; so that Siddhartha, not could succeed in finding or in
defining the Lord God, widened and it strengthened with his perplexities the mental barrier with
which him self divided itself from same God 79
because he didn't believe enough in Him.
Such separation of the Buddha from God it is at the base of the separation that the
Buddhists are mentally created among themselves and the Lord, while God never separate
Himself from them 80
.
The greatest error committed by the Buddha it has been that not to talk of the existence of
God to his disciples, even when - deceived by Satan – he believed that God had solicited him to
divulge his atheistic doctrine .
Siddharta made other great errors among which those:
a. to conceive the theory of the Not Itself or Anatta;
b. to conceive the theory of the Five factors without the Divine Spark or Self or Spirit;
c. to teach to his disciples, and this it is the mother of all of his errors "… to know not
for having heard to say, not in base to the tradition […] not because you indulge to the
speculation […] not because you honour [the world of] an ascetic; you know instead
for yourselves (A I 189) 81
. But it is not everything because the Buddha prescribed
them to meditate only on the objects, on the colors, on the breath and on an only fact
<< the origin and the extinction of the suffering in the man 82
>>; these three things
together prevent the Buddhists to have a relationship with the Lord God and to be
able to draw to all knowledge, all wisdom, all understanding and all love 83
. Siddharta
also taught to his disciples the introspective meditation limited to analyze only their own
state of the mind 84
without considering of the existence of the absolute God, of Which
we make part and that He is also within us 85
. The Buddha not having known from his
Hindu teachers that God was also in his heart, neither having realized it, he prescribed
a wrong meditation to his disciples: only on the outside of themselves ( external
meditation, second method ) - in the astral and mental worlds where God doesn't make
Him find and therefore Siddharta prevented his disciples to be able to have at their
disposal, as the Christians and other men, the teachings of God meditating in their
same heart 86
.

The prescription of the Buddha to know only for itself same, under another aspect, it was
useful since it allowed his disciples, that is to a part of the Hindus not to commit the errors of the
Brahmanism (for instance, that wicked of the division of the men in castes since the birth); however
such prescription has ended with to become an enormous disadvantage for the Buddhists because
they cannot find the Lord God, the Brahman, inside of them, in how much they meditate on the
outside of them only (external meditation).
Substantially the personal experience thought by the Buddha, united to the Buddhist
meditation methods (external meditation) it is not a Good but an Evil in how much a handicap of
cosmic dimensions is revealed itself for the Buddha and the Buddhists because it deprives them of
a direct personal relationship with the Lord God, the Brahman, with all knowledge, all wisdom, all
understanding and all love 87
; therefore the value of the personal experience of the Buddhists is a
Not value because it misses of the more and of the best, the Lord Father-Mother-God of all men 88
being their meditation erroneous because they never meditate in their intimate where God waits
for us in our same heart 89
.
Gotama Siddharta, known as Buddha not having treated of the theme of the absolute God,
that includes in Itself living beings and things, have left in inheritance a religion or a style of life
without God; therefore the Buddhists are in the Darkness, because to ignore God, the Light
that is wisdom and love, means to live in the Darkness of the ignorance and distance from
God.
The Buddha committed other fundamental errors for himself and his doctrine and therefore
for his disciples, errors for which we make reference to the other documents of this Catechism
written on the Buddha among which that one which has for title " The discoveries and the errors of
the Buddha Gotama Siddhattha ".
In our opinion the teachers of Siddhartha, Alàra Kàlàma and Uddaka Ràmaputta, and
generally the meditating Hindus of the epoch, among which the Buddha, were too much interested
in getting selfish results from the meditations 90
and therefore they were impatient and hasty.
Since the meditation also it is a part of the school of the life it is the Internal Teacher, that is
the Spirit of God 91
that fixes the program and the rules; therefore when the meditating one insists
to meditate on the outside of itself and for a long time too the Lord it makes to stop the effects of
the meditation; therefore the sphere of the Not existence doesn’t exist because everything
exists 92
while the Nothing of Alàra Kàlàma it is not a meditative level or phase but the end of the
meditation and the same is said of the “Neither perception, nor Not perception” of Uddaka

Ràmaputta 93
that is the phases or levels seventh and eighth of the meditative practice 94
of the
monks teachers of Siddharta quoted in precedence; those were the answers that the Sky gave to
too long meditations: it didn't make it to happen nothing because life is a school and the Teacher
that it is God it fixes the program, to which wanting or not wanting we must follow; particularly,
claims impatiences and forcings are not appreciated. I think that the Lord God, before emerging in
our heart 95
valued our love and our faith, determination, trust and perseverance.
We always remember that we are rebellious and that we have lived million of years of
existences lived in the three kingdoms of the nature (mineral, vegetable and animal); after
thousands of years of human life the Lord God patiently waits also for the to unwind of the spiritual
evolution of our Soul or Conscience in men more and more evolved 96
to save the Angels
rebellious become Demons 97
; therefore it is more than just that men - in which the Demons are
embodied - they learn to have patience, to respect the rules of the life and to humbly make the first
footstep toward God 98
, having faith, trust, patience, perseverance and humility.
In my opinion the first footstep to have a relationship with our God we make it
learning to make silence within us 99
with the thought fixed within ourselves in our inner world
where there is our heart 100
.
For an example, if a meditating aspirant has hurry to achieve the results that he/she is
established meditating, the Sky can decide not to open his/her spiritual eye, until he/she won't
have learned the art of the patience and of the let God to do. In their meditations the Buddhist
meditating ones will be able to see the object of their meditations or a color or to perceive their own
breath 101
, as they want to do, because the Lord God respects our liberty because He has given us
the free will 102
.
I don't have experiences of execution of Oriental methods of meditation, but there are
affinities between my method and that of Paramahansa Yogananda, even if I didn't meditate really
in the heart because I didn't know it then, as instead it made the Hindu saint "…leaving to sink the
mind in the well without bottom of the heart…103
"; besides, while Paramahansa sat immovable,
with the backbone right, I was stretched out in the bed, the head supported on the pillow; if I turned
me on the left side with the ear leaned on the pillow I felt strong the heartbeat - as a call - and I
perceived the cardiac movements in the breast; if I turned me on the right side I perceived, but a

great deal more softly the heartbeats; however I always perceived them, but at the beginning I
didn't succeed in realizing that the Lord God waited the development of my Soul since around fifty
thousands years, so much it lasts - in average – the evolution of a Soul or Conscience 104
from the
stage of man to the thresholds of the superman in the planet Earth 105
.
At the beginning – when I didn’t know that the Lord God is in our heart and from there he
answered to our questions -while I was being in listening of the stupendous cardiac sounds; at the
rhythm of the pulsations I simply called God without knowing, without pretensions, without requests
and with the maximum respect; it was not indispensable to ask questions, since God exactly knows
that of which we have need and he provides it for us 106
, as in my case, in various ways, to start
from making us to understand. Don't be in a hurry! You persevere and you stay in listening; when
you will have shown patience and perseverance the Lord God will answers you.
The Internal Teacher 107
, the Spirit of God, that He is within us can respond to all the
questions that we want on the so many Mysteries of the life or to resolve our doubts and to point
out us our spiritual walk 108
; also the peace, that is the first fruit of the meditation, is within us, since
within us there is God 109
with His love and all of His virtues.
Our meditations may be different because men are all different, but they can be similar for
an instance those of the Christians and of the Buddhists. In every case I suppose that also the
answer of God might be different for each one of us, according to the questions that we have
asked Him, but also for our peculiar characteristics, since we are all different the one from the
other, even if substantially similar (as the trees of the same kind, for instance).
The Providence gives or it doesn't give to the man what he/she desires on the basis of the
spiritual needs of everyone, since life doesn't have material purposes being only an extraordinary
evolutionary tool of our Conscience 110
. The abundance or the insufficiency of gifts, of goods, of
food, of water and so on must be seen always in the picture of karmic credits or debts of each one
of us 111
and in the picture of the evolutionary necessities of the single people because all we live
on the Earth to widen our Conscience, that it becomes at a certain point love; such evolutionary
necessities are not always easy to be interpreted, especially if we live our way and it is not looked
for God inside us and we don’t allows Him to emerge because of our scarce love 112
.

What may be the life that we have, beautiful or ugly, it is important to come to know that it
derives from our behaviors of the past, also of preceding terrestrial existences and that the tests
that we must overcome have been predisposed by God, or better from the people from Him
delegate - the Lords or Teachers of the Karma 113
- so that we can always grow in knowledge and
Conscience to realize the purpose of our existences on the Earth, our unity with God 114
.
The project of the life in the Cosmos founds it and it has for purpose the mutual love. The
plan served by God for each one of us develops also considering the scarce abilities to grow in the
love because of our egoism and of our errors 115
. For each one of us noble or plebeian, white or
black, dark, red or yellow, poor or rich, generous or mean, male or female, king or mendicant,
superb or humble, irascible or meek, good or bad… there is a perfect plan that develops it in such
way to make to expand our Conscience, anyway we behave us because nothing is vain or casual
or it happens in vain 116
. The plan is exclusively based on the evolutionary necessities of our
terrestrial incarnation (therefore it is our interest to behave well us, but if we will behave badly there
- that is against the Laws of God (The Decalogue 117
and the Commandments of the love 118
) - we
will also learn from our errors, since nothing happens in vain 119
.
Returning to my heart: I can hear again the cardiac pulsations in whatever moment, at
will, considering that I have learned to make silence inside of me because it is in the stillness that
the Lord God speaks to us 120
. And here I stop me, because this is not the place to speak of
myself. I say only that in that first years, while I was being me in a center of cardiology, at Veruno,
next to the lake of Garda, a method of relaxation was taught through the successive contractions of
the muscles of the body, to start from the right hand method that was united to a calm and deep
breathing; they made us lay down on a cover or a mat, in supine position with a small pillow behind
the head. I drew beautiful feelings of calm and muscular awareness that sometimes I try again,
also not having of it more need, thank Goodness. But for the spiritual goals this method of
relaxation can also serves for making silence within us for entering a state of peace and internal
calm that also allows us to turn some questions to the Lord God and to submit Him our problems
121
. The Lord will answer us because God speak to us when we have learned to make silence
within us 122
.

From the meditation I have drawn so many great advantages: first of all I found the Lord
God within myself, but before I had found the internal peace and the calm, that are the provided
gifts of the Divine law of the Karma for the men that make their best to behave well them and
therefore not for worth of some gurus Oriental or Westerner. During about nineteen years, so much
goes on the last part of my spiritual course there have been for me so many spiritual washes and
purifications thanks to the Great Mother Holy Spirit, also with the fire happened in other worlds, to
the bodies living there for rendering me worth of the promises of Christ; it has been allowed me to
see such washes and purifications, to make me understand how many my dirtiness and spiritual
impurities were. This is possible since the man - that it is a whole formed by Divine Spark or Self or
Spirit, physical body, astral body, mental body and body Akasico or Conscience 123
- lives
contemporarily in four floors of existence with the correspondents bodies: physical, astral,
mental and Akasico or of the Conscience; another body also exists, the ethereal, that
harmonizes the physical body with the astral body 124
.
Who will want to know more on the Kingdom of the Skies or of God, on the meditation and
on the man that is writing he/she can read my Diaries (that I have published in the site Internet of
The Ordine Gesù Redentore ( the Jesus Redeemer Order ) : www.ordinegesuredentore.it ); it will
be so possible to realize the relationship that was among me - that I was and I am on the Earth –
and the Divinity and the Celestial Beings of the Life after Death. The Diary is free available, as the
whole Catechism of the Jesus Redeemer Order.
3. The spiritual Life; of the spiritual life the Lord God told to Eileen Caddy of the Findhorn
Community in the 20th
century:
The Lord God has said of Itself same :
<< I AM Spirit. I AM everywhere. I AM in everything. There is nowhere where I AM not.
When you fully realize this fact and can accept it, you know that the Kingdom of Heaven is
within you, and you can cease your search and turn within. Then you find within you all you
are looking for. How few souls nowadays do it! They are far too busy searching everywhere
for the answers except within. When you can accept that I Am within you, never again will
you feel alone; never again will you have to search without for the answers to your
problems. Bu when anything arises which needs answering, you will seek that peace and
stillness within, lay your questions and problems before Me, and I will give you the answers.
Then you have to learn to obey and to follow out exactly what I reveal to you from Within.
You have to learn to live My word and not just hear it 125
>>.

St. Francis D’Assisi has told of the Lord God after a lot of meditations within is heart and prayers 126
:
- << Almighty, eternal: Almighty, eternal, just and merciful God, grants to us miserable,
for the strength of your love, to do what we know that you want and to always want what
you like, so that purified in the soul, internally illuminated and inflamed by the fire of the
Holy Spirit we can follow the tracks of your dear Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, and, with
the help of the your grace alone, to reach you oh Tall One, that live in the perfect Trinity

Also for the meditation nobody will want to be satisfied or to stay to read other people's
experiences, since it is necessary that each also makes his/her own part in the spiritual life 129
, as
he/she did when he/she was a child, when it learned to walk .
.Of our spiritual life the Lord God has said also to Eileen Caddy of the Findhorn
Community in Scotland in the 20th
century :
- << You can be told about spiritual truths; but only as you live them, put them into
practice in your life and demonstrate them do they become reality to you and live, move
and have their being in you. You must do your own thinking, your own living and your own
working things out. You must stand on your own feet and never to expect anyone else to do
it for you. Turn within, seek within for every answer, and you will find it. It may take time.
You may need to learn to be patient and wait upon Me, but when your faith and belief are
strong enough, you will find all you are seeking. Learn to stretch, to grow and expand.
Learn to draw from the source of all power, all knowledge, all wisdom, and all

understanding. Keep turning to Me, the Lord your God, the Divinity within you. I will never
fail you nor forsake you, for surely you know by now that I AM with you always 130
>> ;
- << You must learn to stand on your own feet and find your own individual path to function in
the overall plan. Draw only from Me, the source of all life and all creation; then you cannot
go wrong. Never waver when the going become difficult, but simply go steadily forward,
knowing that it is but a rough patch you are moving through. The quicker you move,
through it the better, with as little resistance and resentment as possible, learning important
and necessary lessons every step of the way. You must learn to hold on, to be very patient
and persistent, and not to give up easily. Hold the vision before you. Know where you are
going and what it is that has to be achieved, and then never let it go until you have seen it
brought about. You cannot be faint-hearted in this life. It calls for that inner strength and
knowing which nothing can shatter or throw off balance. Let your strength and security be
in Me 131
>> ;
- << Let the power of the Spirit flow in and through you. Open yourself up to this infinite
power; and realise its true secret lies in keeping in close contact with Me, in drawing from
the infinite, eternal source. It is always here to be drawn upon by all souls who are ready to
use it aright for the benefit of the whole. You have to be ready; you have to ask before you
can receive. It will not be pushed upon you before you are prepared. Do you believe that
with Me all things are possible? Do you accept it as a fact, or do you still allow doubts and
fears to spoil the perfection of your life? There is a perfect rhythm in all life, and when you
are in rhythm you flow with it without any effort, and find joy and upliftment in so doing. So
why not get into rhythm, get in to tune and enjoy life to the full? 132
>>;
- << You must do your own work in this spiritual life. I AM always here to help those souls
who help themselves, but you have to take the fist step. You will never learn lessons if
everything is done for you. You cannot train a child by doing everything for it. You have to
let it do things for itself. No matter how slow or fumbling its actions are to begin with, you
have to stand back a be very patient. Very patiently and very lovingly I have to stand back
and see you do your own work and make mistakes. But always remember, you will
benefit by your mistakes; nothing is in vain. All the time you are learning new lessons
and advancing along your spiritual path. Every step, no matter how small, takes you nearer
the goal, your realization of oneness with Me; until eventually you realise there is no
separation, and all is One, and you are part of that one glorious life 133
>>.
- << Do you sometime wonder why you are where you are, doing what you are doing? Do
you ever have doubts in your mind? Seek deep within your heart, and answer these
questions honestly. Then if you feel you are still one of those Doubting Thomases, take

time to be still, to seek enlightenment from within, and find out where you fit into the whole
vast scheme. I can assure you that it is not by chance that you are where you are. Life
may have been very tough for you. You may have had to go through many tests and trials.
You may even have been plunged into the fiery furnace. You may be sure there is a reason
for all of it: so that all the dross might be burnt away and nothing but the pure gold - the I
AM within – remains, and so that I can work in and through the I AM to bring about My
wonders and glories for all to see 134

- << Let there be no daydream in this spiritual life without substance. It is a very real,
practical life, a life full of excitement and expectancy. Expect the impossible to become
possible. Expect miracle upon miracle to come about simply because you are living and
demonstrating My divine laws. When you live by My laws, anything can happen at any time
because you are in tune with the higher powers and are working from an higher level of
consciousness. You are at one with the Universal Mind, with Me. When there is no
separation and we are working as one, all things are possible. So get in tune. Start the day
by getting into tune with Me, but being still and finding that inner peace and serenity which
nothing can destroy. A sensitive musical instrument has to been tuned before it can be
played. How much more do you have to be tuned each day before you enter and play your
part in the orchestra of life? 135

I underline the importance of the Messages that I have reported that they must be
observed literally. These teachings overcome enormously every human teaching and of this it
needs to keeps them in mind since they originate from the Absolute One.
4. The gods, the Buddha included, and their temples; we suggest you to transform them
The Buddha was not a god, it was a teacher, even if the Buddhists have deified him. Then
the Buddhists, in the their same interest, put the words of God in practice and put themselves in
His hands, instead that in those of the Buddha, that - at the most - he can be venerate as a
saint that he intercedes with God for you.
Buddhists brothers, the time has come that you put on in your temples, behind the high
altar a Sun, that the Lord God symbolizes, with the rays dot-like, where every point symbolizes a
man; on the high altar, in the center, you put a statue of the Lord Jesus Christ and to His right a
statue of Our Lady Mary, smaller than that of the Christ.
Then the time has also come that the Buddha be put below God, the Christ and Our Lady
Mary in all of your temples, in a secondary side altar. And the same it is said for all the other
Oriental religions: that in their temples there is, at the first place, the symbol of the absolute God

that is Father and Mother to us136
! This is in your own interest, but the Lord our God will be glad
of that also.
The Lord God deserves all of our devotion and consideration since He loves us and makes
all of this that we allow Him to do, having us given the free will 137
. The whole life on the Earth
develops it to the insignia of the merciful love of God and the liberty that He has granted us 138
. We
suffer for the correction of the Karmic law or Law of cause and of effect 139
- one of the pillars of
the Evolution law 140
- that so much necessary to make us understand that an only thing is
necessary and that to pursue: to do the will of God 141
.
The same thing will do in their temples for the other gods the other peoples and religions
that they don’t adore yet the sole true God, The Father-Mother-God 142
of all men, with the Holy
Spirit 143
.
5. The religions, the meditations and the reflections to know ourselves
With regard to our affirmations or to those of other men or religious Faiths each one must
value other people's affirmations with his/her discernment; therefore it is not offensive for anybody
to value attentively and objectively, what it has been said, to start from that that he say and it will
say who is writing, especially on matters of which scientific tests cannot be given, as in the cases
of what it is seen or it hears in meditation.
Nevertheless it is confirmed the value that the religions attribute to the meditation,
especially to the internal meditation (meditation within), but it is necessary to make other
precise statements :
a. that internally meditating in our intimate we enter in our intimate the Lord God it is
found by us in our heart 144
, while outwardly meditating we enter in other worlds
(the astral one and the mental one) where there is confusion 145
because they are
a great number of people including the Demons. Every one can say what he/she
wants, of his/her meditative experiences, provided that he/she doesn't pretend to
be believed or he/she doesn't pretend to make to become a science his/her
meditative method. The methods of every one, all personal ones, even if codified
by Religions or Sects or Authors of books, they are and remain ways or particular

systems that don't have scientific nature except the distinction among internal
and external meditations, suggested by the Lord God 146
. They are not scientific
not even the external meditations, suggested by the Buddha and by innumerable
other Oriental gurus. But if it is not wanted to waste time we follow the suggestion
of the Lord God that I have above indicated: you meditate inside yourselves, in
your intimate, looking for the Lord and asking Him some questions on the
Mysteries of the life or on what you do not understand or on your doubts or
submit Him your problems or you look for His guide 147
;
b. that the practice of the interior meditation it is for itself a factor of spiritual
progress because we get in touch with the Lord God, Which explain us the
mysteries of the life or He answers to our questions or clarifies our doubts or
existential problems because the Lord is all knowledge, all wisdom, all
understandings and all love within us 148
. The external meditation instead, taught
by the Buddha 149
, by Buddhists and by innumerable other Oriental gurus it
doesn't give spiritual fruits, but only a best knowledge of own mental state 150
as well as peace and calm as the all the others meditations. Therefore if the
Buddhists or generally the Orientals want to know the truths of the life they must
turn to the Lord God Father and Mother of the human kind 151
, that He waits for all
of us in our same heart 152
;
c. We can meditate also on the Divine Spark, Self or Spirit provided that it is not
pretended to define It or to have evidence as it made the Buddha divulging out
the incomplete criterion of the direct personal experience through the external
meditation that is to say on the outside of itselves same only 153
, where the Lord
God doesn't make Him find in the astral and mental worlds because there, there
is too much confusion 154
;
d. The Spirit or Divine Spark or Self its part of Mystery of God and of the men, all
different ones among them. As men are different among them they ask different

questions, but God’s answers are always perfect for every one of us for better
satisfying the particular spiritual necessities of every man;
e. In the Christianity the meditations are suggested on the truths of the Christian
Faith; the other religions recommend other meditations; therefore, since not all
the truths of faith of the religions are Truths, the Order Gesù Redentore (Jesus
Redeemer Order) recommends the meditations that it proposes us to make Our
Lady Mary of Nazareth, Mother of the Lord Jesus: fifteen minutes of meditation
only on the Mysteries of the Rosary 155
, but meditations can be made on other
Truths of the life or on the other Revelations that are at the base of the Catechism
of the Ordine Gesù Redentore (Jesus Redeemer Order), asking explanations
directly to the Lord God 156
. God has said also: “Be still and listen. I ask for
nothing more 157
”;
f. The reflections on the true reasons that determine our actions or
omissions, are very important to know ourselves realizing the self knowledge
158
by means of self psychoanalysis 159
taught by the spiritual Teachers of the
Cerchio Firenze 77 (Circle Florence 77) 160
. Ourselves same we are another
mystery of the life, on whose knowledge so much they insist the spiritual Teachers
of the Circle Florence 77, since such knowledge, that is the to know why we do or
we don't do certain actions, it is fundamental to know who and as really we are for
progressing on our peculiar spiritual path.
g. Of the meditation the spiritual Teachers of the Cerchio Firenze 77 (Circle
Florence 77 ) have said besides:
<< On the meditation and the analysis of itselves same. How to do it? I
believe that it be very simple: all it takes is doing it not for whole days, not for
hours, but that there is the desire to do it and to do it with sincerity. To analyze
ourselves: this is important; without wanting to reach any goal, neither to improve
us neither to spiritually progress, neither to put on in contact with the Divine One.
Be calm that the Divine One, until we will be ready, He doesn't put on in contact
with anybody. Because it is the man that goes to put on in contact with God, it is
not God that goes down to him: is it clear?? Therefore all those that promise
you to make you evolve, to make you reach through disciplines and forced
meditations a great evolution they deceive you. This is very important:

everyone knows himself/herself; and to know itselves it takes a lot of constancy, a
lot of clarity of ideas and a lot of sincerity. To analyze our own actions towards the
others, to analyze them , to coldly appraise them, as it dealt with another person:
this they say the teachers. It is important to do this with a lot of simplicity and to
say: "Today I have done so and so and this way. For which motive? It can be for
this motive, and it can be for a completely different and opposite motive. Which
will that true be?". This is the problem to put ourselves, with cold aloofness and
with a lot of simplicity and sincerity. The true motive, that mirrors your true being,
to the opportune moment it will be identified and recognized; and since then it will
be difficult, if really you don't want it to deceive yourselves 161
;
h. Self awareness and unconscious. As the flower of the understanding buds: In
certain moments the knowledge of itselves happens at conscious level, then, for
a part that it is not known how to explain, it remains instead, at unconscious level,
unaware. But it is not this part destined to be unknown, because it would be a
contradiction in terms, is it true? It is a transitory state, it is only a moment in
which, as before I said, the part hidden of the mind, the unaware part, it works
despite you, without your knowledge. And then suddenly the flower of the
understanding buds. Here, then, that of sudden, as an illumination, with the part
aware of the mind you succeed in understanding a truth of yourselves. But this,
says the life, it can subsequently give origin to a new ghost of the mind; yes,
because the knowledge of itself is not total yet. In the moment in which it will
happen, this total knowledge, and that it cannot be waited shortly, even the
kingdom of the ghosts of the mind will also stop then 162
>>;
i. Ghosts of the mind: The true ghosts that must be feared are not those that
frequent ancient castles, solitary regions or living rooms of spiritualists. They are
those that are born and they reside in the mind of men. They are those that
torture the mystical ones; what they tempt the chaste ones; that, fomented by the
jealousy, they disturb the happiest unions. The doubt riding they disperse the
rushes of the faith; mining the confidence of itselves ditch in the mediocrity the
most gifted man. They assault with the uncertainty, they paralyse with the
hesitation, they give birth to the ambiguity and the shadiness, they make to reign
the indeterminateness and the perplexity..45c, 29d. You don't fear the
<<concealed world>> (you see); if in the case you are afraid of your mind. There
they are the ghosts that persecute you, there the curses that don't give you

autosuggestion? First of all not believing it and, better, convincing you to be

For many years, in the 20th
century, the Father – Mother - God of all men 164
has spoken to
an English woman, Eileen Caddy (of the Findhorn Community in Scotland), of the thought, of the
mind, of the mentality of the contemplation, of the meditation, of the behaviors and of the attitudes
of the man also. You will find a list of such Messages on the thought in this same folder. It is
suggested you to study the Messages of the Lord God in the Findhorn ‘ Revelation, since they are
fundamental for orienting correctly our thought and therefore for our spiritual growth.
6. The meditation suggested by Our Lady Mary of Nazareth
Here four teachings are divulged of Our Lady Mary, Mother of the Lord Jesus, Which has
told on the subject of meditations:
a. << Dear children, in these days (Novena for the feast of the Exaltation of the Cross) I
want to invite to set you at the center of the whole, the Cross. You pray particularly in front of the
Cross, from which they derive great graces. In these days do in your houses a special
consecration to the Cross. You promise not to offend Jesus and the Cross and not to bring Him
insults. Thank you for having answered to my call 165
>>;
b. << Dear children, in Lent the second message for the days is this: you renew the prayer
in front of the Cross. Dear children, I am giving you particular graces, and Jesus from the Cross,
gives you particular gifts. Welcome them and live them! You meditate the passion of Jesus and
united you to Jesus in the life. Thank you for having answered to my call 166
>>;
c. << Dear children, I invite today you to decide you if you desire to live the messages that I
am giving you. I desire that you are active in the way of living and in to communicate the
messages. In particular way, dear children, I desire that all you are the reflex of Jesus which
will illuminate this unfaithful world that walks in the dark. I desire that all you are light to
everybody and that you testify in the light. Dear children, you have not called to the dark but to the
light; for this you live the light with your life. Thank you for having answered to my call! 167
>>.
d. In other circumstance Our Lady Mary has recommended only the meditation on the
Mysteries of the Rosary for fifteen minutes <<… with the intention to offer me reparations, I
promise to assist them in the time of the death with all the necessary graces to the salvation 168

7. Of the Yoga one has authoritatively been said by the spiritual Teachers of the Cerchio
Firenze 77:
<< If a particular experience of absolute peace with himself and with the world were a aim to
durably achieve: The to feel of which the teachers speak
The to feel of which the teachers speak conducts for itself, when it is to a datum point of
development this state of calm, of overcoming of every conflict; it automatically produces it and
spontaneously. It would be therefore an error to look for the liberation to reach that state of truth
and calm. This liberation must not be pursued with the intent to calm down and to live then that
beatitude. I repeat: the beatitude, the serenity, the sense of communion with everything it
surrounds us, it automatically happens, it is given in addition, according to the angelic expression.
Many feel these preparatory experiences aroused by a natural show, for instance a sunset, or from
a vision of the nature , from a demonstration of affection from others.. It is as a spark that makes
to feel to the creatures to be in communion with the world that surrounds them. It seems, almost,
then that the landscape be part of themselves, they are felt entirely integral part of the whole,
united to the everything, and it is a marvelous feeling, that corresponds to a liberation to feel rather
complex, of a widened conscience.
Initially such experiences happen occasionally, that is that state of mind doesn't persist for
a lot of time because still the to feel is not of enough intensity. But subsequently they are produced
at a distance more and more brought closer, up to when it comes to exist a state of mind that
doesn't have anything else other than this radiation, this continuous and natural comfort. Naturally,
all this happens through the time and the evolution.
It is not the yoga one of whatever type that makes to have determined states of mind.
If a person doesn't have the developed conscience, if he/she doesn't have a certain evolution,
he/she can do all the yoga that he/she wants but he/she will never reach the union of his/her
vehicles, that is he/she will never reach these states of beatitude. He/she can reach a great
serenity, a great equilibrium (as not only the yoga one but other disciplines can also give) but he
/she will never arrive to have these states of conscience as it has them instead the individual of a
certain evolution.
I understand the desire to retry - when it has already been experimented - such a beautiful
experience, so marvelous and satisfying; but it cannot be thought about getting back /it within brief
time: it will come when it must come, above all not when and because the individual desires to get
back it. It will come when its conscience will reveal some particular conditions following an
increase of the same conscience. And it will come in addition 169

8. What is truth?
169
Cerchio Firenze 77, Maestro perché?, pages 246-247 (Se una particolare esperienza di assoluta pace con se stesso e il
mondo sia una meta da conseguire durevolmente), Mediterranee
26
Speaking of religions the word truth it often meets; therefore I think opportune to anticipate
what it must be intended for truth.
It tells us the Lord Jesus, the Divine Presence in the man 170
that told in the 19th
century to
Jakob Lorber:
What is truth?: An innkeeper asked one day to Jesus: << And so, dear Lord and Teacher, I
would want to hear from You what the truth is after all; because on this you can give us the best
explanation. Only when the man knows what truth is and as and where he/she can find it, he/she
can assume it inside of itself to give an orientation to its life and to free from every madness and
deception. What is therefore the full truth, and as and where can we find it? >>.
I told him friendly: << Look me and you understand well what I will tell you now: God, the
only and sole true, He is the truth. Who has found God, the only and sole true, he/she has also
found the truth that will make him/her free and alive. Once that the man has found God and
recognized His will, and he/she behaves and lives in base to this, he/she also becomes him/her
truth; and once that he/she is become such, it is free, and from the death of the world and from the
matter he/she passes to the life that comes from God.
I see in you another question, to which it cannot so easily be answered as to this;
nevertheless also to this new question that you have not expressed yet I will give a
comprehensible answer for everybody. Yours not express question is this: "God is justly the truth,
and who God has found, he/she has found the truth that does him/her free; but where God is, who
God is, as it is His will, and finally: how do I do to find God, and as I recognize to have found Him?"
You see, My dear friend, to clearly answer to this question is not for me very difficult, while
it is being difficult for you to understand the answer that I will have given you. Nevertheless try!
See, God is a very pure Spirit and He is eternal! This eternal Spirit is the purest and perfect
love and therefore the eternal life; the love is however a fire and a resplendent light and everything
this is the truth.
In God, eternal origin of all of this that it is He is also the most perfect self-
awareness, the maximum intelligence, wisdom and power, and if it were not so, nothing
would ever have been created; because what is not anything in itself, he/she cannot even
create anything.
In God it is then eternally present the maximum intelligence and the brightest self-
awareness, that continually act. And if it were not so, who would have given a life furnished of
intelligence and self-awareness to the Angels and the men? Or is it possible to give to someone
something that is not possessed? Can a blind and rough strength give a perfect life? Has a
lightning that goes down from the clouds and it strikes the earth, produced anything else other than
disorder and confusion? If you consider the blind strengths cannot discover in their action the least
sign of intelligence and reason! Yes a wise man researcher will also discover in the action of the
blind and natural strengths a certain order and a certain program: but this is not an ownership of
170
Eileen Caddy, La voce di Dio a Findhorn, page 144, Mediterranee
27
theirs, on the contrary ownership of God, that regulates these strengths with His will infinitely wise,
to achieve a good goal in this or that part of the earth.
If you consider the plants, the animals and the men, will find above all in the whole
maximum order, a wise program, united to the best finality, thing that these beings cannot have for
itself, since before existing they were not anything. It is therefore clear that their existence derives
supremely from a wise first motor, and it is evident that only His supreme intelligence, His power
and His perfect self-awareness has been able to draw from Itself and to create these multiform
beings.
The man, also in his/her sphere of life not wanted, possesses a bright and far-seeing
intelligence, from which they develop reason and intelligence, as a tree develops itself from the
seed, and with these he/she can call in to be admirable works well orderly.
Who in addition to God he/she could give the intelligence, the love, the reason and the free
will and the corresponding strength of action to the man? Friend, if you consider a little how much I
have shortly told you, you will easily find the way that conducts to God and His truth. If the man
undertakes this way with love for He who that he/she looks for, he/she will find Him; and when
he/she will have found Him, God will manifest well soon him/her His will.
If then the man will act in base to this will, he/she will feel him/her in his/her soul more and
more united to the Spirit that comes from God. And once that this will have happened, the man
himself/herself will become truth, having found it inside of itself; and so you now see what truth is,
as it must be looked for it and as and where he/she is able in every moment with safety to find it.
And when you will have found the truth and you will have become free and pure, also all of
this that surrounds yourself, will become truth, purity and liberty; since for the one who is sincere
everything it is true, for the one who is pure everything it is pure and for the one that is free
everything is free 171
>>.
To all of you brothers that you don't believe in God it is remembered that Jesus answered
so to the apostle Thomas that had asked Him “ Lord, we do not know where you go; and as we
can know the way? Jesus answered: << I am the way, the truth and the life 172
>>. Therefore
whoever wants to eternally leave the wheel of the births and the deaths and leaves eternally in the
plenitude of God he/she must make a simple thing: to look for the Lord Jesus inside of itself;
he/she will find Him if he/she will do it with trust, humility and love.
9. The role that it covers the meditation in the Buddhist universe
<< The importance of the meditation in the Buddhist teachings is proved by the fact that the
Buddha realized the illumination really while it was meditating… The image of the Buddha sat with
his leg crossed in meditation… (note of mine: you see at page 88 of the book of Damien Keown,
Buddhismo, Einaudi Tascabili ) … is one of the subjects more widespread in the Buddhist art and a

172
Vangelo di Giovanni 14, 6
28
constant recall to the close relation existing between meditation and illumination… (note of mine: in
every case the illumination is gradual for everybody. As far as I understood the Buddha’s
illumination it was limited to the discovery of the rules of the divine Karma Law that awards who
maintains himself/herself just, merciful and pure, but only until he/she remain such, then the pain
takes again for the expiation of the negative postponed karmas. To the Buddha the pain
reappeared because he continued to ignore God. Therefore for more reasons the pain reappears.
Consequently it is not true that the pain stop as it is said in the Third and Fourth noble truths. It
results sure enough that the pain reappears to the Buddha also in his old age 173
. The Buddha
discovered on himself that the renunciation to the thirst or eagerness for the enjoyment of the
pleasures of the world and the flesh co-operates to give origin to the rebirths of men on the Earth.
With the meditation it is acquired the peace, the serenity and the reduction suspension of the pain
as it is provided by the divine law of the karma 174
.
For having such partial illumination Siddhartha employed about five years as monk
errant (samana), but since he ignored the Lord God lived in Darkness of the remoteness
from the Lord itself all the remaining life of about forty years. [note of mine: The illumination
of the Buddha it was not complete because his meditation was exterior since he meditated on the
outside of himself only, while the most important meditation is that interior, within itselves, in our
same heart where God is found with all knowledge, wisdom, understanding and love. ( You see
Eileen Caddy, La voce di Dio a Findhorn, page 61(Answers within), Mediterranee ). If the Buddha
had meditated in his heart he had not committed the several very serious mistakes that he has
made and of which I speak also in the documents of Buddha; particularly I point out the paragraph
21 of the document “ The discoveries and the errors of the Buddha Gotama Siddhattha “ of this
same Catechism. The Buddhist meditation it is external only; of this meditation the Lord God said
that it is a waste of time if it is addressed to the discovery of the mysteries of the life; infinitely
more modestly I say that the Buddhist meditation is useless for spiritual aims, because it intends
only the dominion of the sharps, itches and other impulses of the physical body of the meditating
one, the knowledge of his/her sensations, moods and thoughts, as well as a deep analysis of the
own mental state only ( You see Damien Keown, Buddhismo, page 97, Einaudi Tascabili ].
….In practice all the traditions of the Buddhism consider the meditation – that it constitutes
a preponderant part of the "empirical" dimension of this religion – the main road of the
illumination… ( note of mine: Considering that the Buddhist meditation is on the outside of the man
( external meditation ) it is evident that such external meditation it is not the main road of the
illumination. The main road of the illumination is another one: it is that the Lord God teaches
us from Findhorn in Scotland 175
.

introduction to the meditation” in this same document
29
The meditation on the outside of the man as main road it is rather dangerous, since it
is opened to the satanic raids. Since the mental world it is opened to the thoughts of everybody,
Satan can interfere in the meditations of every man. On the matter our Lady Mary from Medjugorje
teaches us that Satan can make fun of us both simulating to be somebody else - as in the case of
the Buddha – both instilling doubts, guilty feelings, or some other negativities or with malevolent
energy discharges, that Our Lady Mary Itself defines satanic assaults or attacks 176
for profiting by
us).
Buddhist brothers, don't waste time to look for the explanation of the Mysteries of the life on
the outside of you, because such explanation are within your being where there is the Lord God is
present with the all knowledge, wisdom, understanding and love 177
.
…The meditation (samadhi 178
) is one of the three subdivisions of the Octopath,
therefore it occupies a central position in the Buddhist practice.. Nevertheless, the most general
term for meditation is bhavana, that means "to cultivate" or, literally, "to make to become." The
literal meaning is appropriate, because the meditation is the principal method Buddhist to turn
itselves same into what it is desired to be.( my note: this transformation is impossible to the man) .
For me the greatest worth of the Buddha was that to have intuited the rules of the law of the
karma and that the thirst or eagerness of the pleasure co-operates to make men rebirth in the
Earth. Instead the buddhist meditation it is not a value, but a Not value because the meditation that
Siddharta taught was only external; therefore the buddhist meditation doesn't bring spiritual
benefits and therefore you should stop it).
…The Hindu origins: The techniques of meditation in use at the times of Buddha made
part of a common spiritual heritage of all those people that they were devoted to the renouncement
(samana) and of those practising that the orthodox tradition of the Indian (brahmana) religion
followed. Some centuries before the renewed interest for the internal dimension of the spiritual life
was matured in the composition of a body of religious literature that it had taken the name of
Upanisad…
… These treatises proposed itselves to explain the relationship that intervenes between the
individual self (atman)… (note of mine: in the Hinduism there was confusion between the self or
me that it is written with the es small letter that it is born in the mind of the man and the Self that it
is written with the es capital letter that it is the Drop or Divine Spark of the man; therefore the
atman should be written with the ei capital letter. The Bhavagad Gita deals with the question in the
Canto VI, verses 4-10. You see Sri Aurobindo , Lo Yoga della Bhavagad Gita, pages 160-162,

178
The samadhi is a spiritual event of whom he has the conscience developed; more that a mistake it is an oversight
because the samadhi or ecstasy it can be a fruit of the meditation of the man who has the conscience developed, but the
Samadhi it cannot be identified with the meditation as it was done in the transcribed text. The samadhi or ecstasy is
a state of beatitude rare and brief in the man that lives on the Earth if he/she has the conscience developed to allow such
an event. You see Cerchio Firenze 77, Dizionario del Cerchio, page 249 (Samadhi), Mediterranee

A Christian’s meditations “ 65 16. Final notes for the meditation and recommendations " 68 1. Introduction to the meditation [ The meditation is a deep reflection of the mind while the man attentively and carefully considers something. The mental body 1 of the man must not be confused with his/her brain that is a part of its physical body 2 ; the astral body and the mental body are out of the physical body of the man 3 , but they are connected to this last body 4 ; who meditates outside of itself it meditates in the worlds astral and mental of the Life after Death. The man can meditate on his/her experiences of life and thought inside himself/herself fixing also his/her own thought in his/her own intimate where our heart is found (first method: internal meditation), to find God and with Him the truths of the life 5 , or the man can meditate out side of itself, in the worlds astral and mental (second method: external meditation), on the things, on the feelings, on the emotions, on the states of mind or on other facts, objects or 1 Cerchio Firenze 77, Dizionario del Cerchio, page 60 (Corpo mentale), Mediterranee 2 Cerchio Firenze 77, Dizionario del Cerchio, pages 59-60 (Corpo fisico), Mediterranee 3 Cerchio Firenze 77, Dizionario del Cerchio, pages 58-59 (Corpo astrale) y page 60 (Corpo mentale), Mediterranee 4 Cerchio Firenze 77, Dizionario del Cerchio, page 47 (Cervello), Mediterranee 5 Eileen Caddy, La voce di Dio a Findhorn, page 61 (Le risposte interiori), Mediterranee 1
  • 2. situations that are happened to whom meditates and so on, because in theory it can be meditated on everything. But we advise to meditate only in our inner where there is our heart - where God waits for us 6 with His illuminations and answers 7 - and on the truths of the Christian Faith of the Ordine Gesù Redentore (Jesus Redeemer Order) among which the Mysteries of the Rosary, but for no more than fifteen minutes as Our Lady Mary suggested on December 10th 1925 to Lucy of Fatima 8 . The Buddha, recommended instead to his disciples to meditate on the objects, the colours, the breath and an only fact “the origin and the cessation of the sufferings in the man 9 “, but he recommended them to make long meditations also particularly a deep reflexive analysis of own mental state 10 . To know what he/she doesn't know the man he/she can look for in the libraries, or he/she but it is inside himself /herself that the man can find the answers on the truths and on the mysteries of the life; can ask questions to other peoples; I don't tell it, the Lord God tells it: a. << Why to look for the guide in somebody else? Why not to directly come to me? Don't you know that I AM inside of you?? Don't you know that if only you allow Me I AM here for answering to all questions, to help to resolve the problems and to guide and to direct your footsteps? I never impose me to anybody. You must choose to look for and to find me, and when you do it I AM ready there to take the reins, to pour again the love on you and through of you, ready to show you the walk. Once that your choice you have done and you have allowed Me to hold the rudder, you can relax and simply to follow step by step or My instructions; you will assist to unfold of My wonder and of My glory, you will see to happen in your life a miracle after the other. When the love flows and you are One with Me, more than every other thing you desire to divide what you have with Me 12 >>. c. << The internal answers: When it is looked for the answers they are found inside of itselves. It is something that must be underlined very often and with a lot of strength. You wastes a lot of time investigating out the mysteries of the life of itself, when they are instead inside his/her own being. When you will fully make yourself realize that I AM inside of you and that I AM the whole knowledge, the whole wisdom, the whole understanding, will stop wasting time. Try to imagine to have a perennial source of foamy water that climbs inside of you. The whole knowledge, the whole wisdom, the whole understanding, the whole love they are found really at the spring of this source, waiting for to come out, waiting for to be revealed, when you recognize them and you accept them. Don't need some teacher of some gurus. Everything that of which you have need is an expansion of awareness in way to be able to accept these truths. They exist because all can accept them, when they are ready to do it 13 >>. Of it derives that the meditations must be always internal and never external, that is out of the man as those of the Buddha, of the Buddhists and of other Oriental and Western men. The internal answers, that is those of God, are always exact because He is " …the whole knowledge , the whole wisdom, the whole understanding and the whole love … 14 ". Unfortunately the men, as for an instance the Buddhists, look for almost always outside of them and therefore they don't find the answers that have instead inside of them 15 . The meditations are so different in the men that it is impossible to analyse them with the with the exception of the believers of the single religion for an instance those of the Christians especially those on the Mysteries of the Rosary (Joyous, Painful and Glorious); Our Lady Mary gives "The Graces necessary to the Salvation to all those people that will meditate on the Mysteries of the Rosary for five months, at the first Saturday, they will confess themselves, they will receive the Saint Eucharist and they will meditate the Mysteries for fifteen minutes with the intention to offer her reparations for the wrongs suffered by Her or by Her Son Jesus 16 ". This promise of Our Lady Mary shows how much Important are the meditations of the man and particularly those on the Mysteries of the Rosary and those to discover the Mysteries of the life, but it also shows the spiritual power of Our Lady Mary itself. The Buddha meditated and taught to meditate outside of him and it is for this that he didn't find God and it didn't make Him find, he doesn't make Him find and it won't make Him find to his disciples that his method of meditation observes. 12 Eileen Caddy, Le porte interiori, Message dated August 19th , Amrita 13 Eileen Caddy, La voce di Dio a Findhorn, page 61 (Le risposte interiori), Mediterranee 14 Eileen Caddy, La voce di Dio a Findhorn, page 61 (Le risposte interiori), Mediterranee 15 Eileen Caddy, Le porte interiori, Messages dated January 23rd and 28th , March 28th , April 8th , May 29th , July 21st , August 19th and 30th , September 4th , Amrita 16 AA. • 4. The Buddhist model of meditation on the objects is called o the Four Absorptions (Jhana); in these models the meditative levels are of increasing intensity 17 , but all four teach to meditate outside of itself, while God, with His omniscience and power, it is in the heart of the man 18 . Buddha prescribed to his disciples that they had to meditate on a sole fact, the origin and the extinction of the suffering in the man 19 ; all these Buddhist types of meditation they are outside of the man, in the worlds astral and mental; therefore the meditation taught by the Buddha prevents the meditation in the heart, where God waits for us; therefore the knowledge of the Buddha and of the Buddhists will be always a limited human knowledge , entirely inadequate without the knowledge of God! Gotama Siddhattha, as young, as child of a rich or of a noble man, had personal experiences of life as son, husband and father of a child and as friend before discovering at the outside of his palace: in an old man, the old age, in a sick, the illness and in a funeral, the death. At the end he saw a wandering religious, a samana, serene and calm, that had renounced to the pleasures of the world and the flesh, and in such way he understood that that was the road to discover how to defeat the pain from the life, if this had been possible. The direct experiences of the life can be of two types: intimate (sensations, emotions, joys, sentiments and states of mind) or external to us, on the actions that we have done, on the omissions, on the things, on the facts, on the situations or on the sufferings and the joys of the human ones. In theory it can be meditated on everything. But we suggest to meditate only on the Truths of the Christian Faith of the Ordine Gesù Redentore (Jesus Redeemer Order); nevertheless the meditation most important is that in the heart where the Lord God waits us to be recognized and made to emerge 20 for answering to our questions also 21 ! The to Know of the Buddha for itself only not to allow the man, that is to the Buddhist ones, to profit of the omniscience of God, because Siddhartha ignored the Absolute one since he didn't find any proof of the existence of a personal soul (Atman) or of its cosmic equivalent (Brahman) 22 , in spite of the Lord God was also in his heart 23 . Siddhartha didn't find God because he didn't meditate in his intimate, where the heart he had and it was for this that he committed very serious errors because he was deceived by Satan 24 . You sees the error 17 Michael Carrithers, Buddha, page 37, Einaudi Tascabili 18 Eileen Caddy, La voce di Dio a Findhorn, page 61 (Le risposte interiori) ; Le porte interiori, Mensajes dated January 23rd , 24th and 28th , March 28th , April 8th , May 29th , July 17th and 21st , August 19th and 30th ,and September 4th , Amrita 19 Michael Carrithers, Buddha, pages 43-44, Einaudi Tascabili 20 Eileen Caddy, Le porte interiori, Message dated May 29th , Amrita 21 Eileen Caddy, La voce di Dio a Findhorn, page 61 (Le risposte interiori), Mediterranee ; Le porte interiori, Message dated July 21st , Amrita 22 Damien Keown, Buddhismo, page 50, Einaudi Tascabili 23 Deuteronomio 30, 11-14 ; Eileen Caddy, Le porte interiori, Message dated May 29th , July 17th and September 4th , Amrita 24 Maria di Nazareth, Messaggi da Medjugorje, Messages dated December 25th 1991, February 25th 1992 and March 25th 1992 4

The meditation is a deep reflection of the man to understand the truths of the life, the reasons and the sense of the same life or for other purposes but the good way to find cited truths and reasons it is that to directly ask questions to God that waits us in our heart 25 . Us Christian ones of the Ordine Gesù Redentore (Jesus Redeemer Order) concentrate our thought in our intimate where the heart there is and we ask to the Lord God the explanation of the mysteries of the Life and on the truths of the Christian Faith. Then, as there are two methods of meditation, one interior and the other exterior 26 , there are also two places for the meditation: a. The first place for the meditation is inside of us, in our inner, where our heart is (internal meditation) ; it is the most important place whether to meditate, because it is there that the Lord God waits for us 27 , if we are able to make silence inside of us because it is in the quiet that God speaks to us 28 and that the Lord's answers we receive to our questions or His illuminations on our doubts 29 .. The same Lord God said: a. << You stop looking for help in the others, look for it inside of you and you will find it …. .30 >>; b. << You discover that the Kingdom of the Skies is inside of you; you can stop your search and to look within you: you will find all that you looks for …. 31 >>; c. << (.) << (.) Why not to directly come from Me? Don't you know that, if only you allow Me, I AM here for answering to all questions, to help to resolve the problems and to guide and to direct your footsteps? I never impose me to anybody…. 33 >>; e. << It looks inside of you and your heart will speak to you. All the souls can find the truth inside of them, but this means that they must devote some time to the interiorization …. 34 >>. The internal meditation is very important, but also the reflections on our thoughts, on our actions or omissions they are very important because in our intimate world there is also the truth of ourselves; this truth we must look for understanding the true reasons for ours to act because << to spiritually live means to know ourselves 35 >>. In the matter the disembodied Teachers of the Cerchio Firenze 77 (Circle Florence 77) teach that it is fundamental to know ourselves for our spiritual growth; on the matter they say: " in the intimate of ourselves we must practice a constant awareness of our being to know ourselves , that is to know as we are really. It is necessary to seek the truth of our being because - to modify the humanity - we must modify the single individuals, whose limitations fall <…. following intimate reflections, of a careful analysis, exactly, in which is understood that his/her own responsibility, his/her own existence, must be more felt, more turned to the others. Then a double to become aware of his/her own limits and of the possibility to be different. You practice the constant awareness, because it can widen and to embrace that part of you that today it is unconscious; without staying, continually continuing in this examination; and the truth of yourselves will come to the surface, it will be one conquest of yours. It is in the conquest of this individual truth - that then it corresponds to the reality of yourselves - you will submit yourselves to a treatment of psychoanalysis, of psychotherapy. It doesn't deal with finding attenuating to his/her own way to act, but to try to understand as really we are, 121g. To spiritually live means to know itselves; to tend with the whole of itselves to that ideal of altruism, of love to the neighbour, of spirituality suggested by the teachers but this understood in the correct sense. Those are the moral ideals that your conscience must have and those you must pursue. The man must know himself/herself, to know his/her own limits, to understand up to that point is of the world and up to that point is of the spirit. This means to live a spiritual life 127g. The constant, vigilant awareness (you see) of itselves ì, the constant vigilant examination of his/her own reasoning - in the maximum sincerity of itselves - must make to understand the motives for which that thought subsists, without worrying if they can appear selfish motives. Egoism (you see) has been, up to this moment of the evolution, the push that has developed your vehicles, your faculties, your internal life we can say. It is from now on, when it starts to reveal itself the possibility of a to feeling that it freely flow, that egoism doesn't have reasons to exist anymore. The thought that you are you or the thinker, that are you, can experiment the reality, only if its thought transcends itself, that is it transcends every selfish motion the self or me. And this to transcend now it realizes itself, or perhaps in thousand years, only and always in the constant awareness of yourselves. The second place for the meditation, is outside of the man (external meditation), outside of ourselves, in the worlds or plans astral and mental 37 with the thought 38 ; this way they meditate the greatest part of the Oriental ones included Buddhists. The thought is an activity aware of the mind; the mind it is a different body from the physical body and therefore it is separate from the brain, but it is connected with it; Cerchio Firenze 77 (Circle Florence 77) is seen, Dictionary of the Circle, pages 47 (brain), 60 (mental body) 113 (psychic faculties), 210 (thought), Mediterranee; nevertheless <<The thought, considered as idea, as meaning, as activity of the thinker-thought, is analogous to the attribute, to the condition, to the quality, to the state of the things; that is it doesn't exist in itself but it is tightly connected to the thinker-thought as all one with that: all that the man considers abstract. That is existing only as thought, in itself it has the nature of the idea, but as such it is indissolubly tied to the support, to the substratum of "substance": the thinker-thought 39 >>. In the plans or worlds astral and mental the Lord God doesn't allow us to find Him because there are too many dilemmas and too confusion in such plans or worlds 40 . In the astral or mental plans it can happen to men a very disagreeable event: to be deceived by Satan as it happened to me, but then I understood the deception and therefore I stopped meditating outside of me. I think that in such "second place " Siddhattha has addressed his attention to find the truths of the life, … the meaning and the sense of something or to clarify his doubts on specific matters. But in this way he made big errors and wasted his meditative time because he didn't meditate inside himself, but outside of himself; unfortunately for him and for his disciples they cannot be found outside of us the explanations of the Mysteries of the life because such explanations are found only inside the own being where God waits for us…with the whole knowledge, the whole wisdom, the whole understanding and the whole love… 41 . When the disciples of the Buddha will realize it they will stop wasting out time with their meditations outside them 42 . Probably this second place for the meditation was taught to Siddhattha by his teachers Alàra Kàlàma and Uddaka Ramaputta and it is on this base that the Buddha developed his method of meditation 43 . But the two teachers of Siddhattha, Alàra and Uddaka, would have had to know 36 Cerchio Firenze 77, Dizionario del Cerchio, pages 54-55 (Conoscere se stessi), Mediterranee 37 Cerchio Firenze 77, Dizionario del Cerchio, pages 219-221 (Piani astrale e mentale), Mediterranee 38 Cerchio Firenze 77, Dizionario del Cerchio, page 210 (Pensiero), Mediterranee 39 Cerchio Firenze 77, Le grandi verità ricercate dall’uomo, page 202 ( Gli ideogrammi), Mediterranee 40 Eileen Caddy, Le porte interiori, Message dated November 24th , Amrita 41 Eileen Caddy, La voce di Dio a Findhorn, page 61 (Le risposte interiori =Answers within), Mediterranee 42 Eileen Caddy, La voce di Dio a Findhorn, page 61 (Le risposte interiori ), Mediterranee 43 Damien Keown, Buddhismo, pages 87-100 (La meditazione), Einaudi Tascabili 7
  • 8. that the Upanishad recommended the meditation on the Self or Divine Spark that it is found in the heart of the man 44 . Siddhattha didn't know that the Lord God was inside himself in his same heart 45 and alone he didn't succeed in discovering it because if he had discovered this first place for the meditation he would have found God with His illuminations and answers 46 and in such way he would not have committed errors in his doctrine 47 . Consequently Siddhattha - not having learned to meditate inside himself (also in his heart), first method or first place of meditation, - but, having chosen to meditate only outside of himself (second method or second place of meditation), he could not teach to his disciples the first method of meditation, but only the second one, in the second place, that to meditate outside of itselves; therefore the Buddhists, as the Buddha they are found in the Darkness 48 , of the distance from God and from His Christ; therefore the Buddhists cannot have the knowledge and the wisdom of God. Because of his wrong method of meditation and way to discover the truths of the life, the Buddha didn't discover the existence of God and the Divine Spark or Self inside of himself, in his same heart 49 , and therefore he ignored that the man could directly acquire from the Lord, in his heart, through the Divine illumination the truths of the life 50 (hearing the voice of God as Eileen Caddy, English woman, in the 20th century or the voice of the Lord Jesus Christ, as it happened to Jakob Lorber, Austrian, in the 19th century . In the 20th century to Maria Valtorta Italian it was granted to relive the evangelical episodes as she had participated to them two thousands years ago in Palestine during the life of Jesus. Erroneously Siddhattha believed that the man could acquire only the knowledge with the mind, that is outside of himself, particularly with the meditation on a sole fact: the origin and the extinction of the suffering in the man 51 ; therefore the Buddha ignored the possibility that the Lord God same talked to His children, but he also ignored the relationship of love that unites all the human beings and their God 52 . Men are united by a relationship of love among them and their God, but very many men of it don’t know the existence or they don’t accept it; unfortunately, such separation from God and from the other human beings is at the origin of all the sufferings of the world, of the conflicts and of the wars 55 >>. Therefore of the Buddhists it is very appreciated the Not violence 56 ]. 2. The meditation in the West and in the East In the West for meditation we intends a << deep reflection of the mind to seek the truth, the reasons, the sense and the aspects of anything 57 >>, but unfortunately it is not widespread the knowledge that meditating within our heart we find the Lord God ready to answer all questions, to help to solve all problems and to guide and direct our every step if we only let Him 58 . In the East very many teachers or guru teach meditation: at the two Oriental mental extremes there is the internal meditation, that is in the inner of the man - as that in the heart of Paramahansa Yogananda 59 , who moved him to USA - and the external meditation, that is on the outside of the man, as that taught by the Buddha and by very many others, for instance by Sogyal Rinpoche 60 , who moved himself to West. The meditation can be internal or external to the man 61 as we have explained in the preceding pages; the internal meditation is that in the inner of the man, in his/her heart where God is found 62 ; to find God is enough to fix the thought in the heart listening the pulsation of it, but without having hurry to get the answer 63 and least of all pretending something as it made the Buddha that pretended to have from God the proof that the Lord himself existed, but it is just to ask some questions to the Lord, as He desires 64 ; the external meditation is in the astral and mental worlds or planes, where all there are, also Satan and the other Demons, but where the Lord God doesn't make him find. 54 Eileen Caddy, Le porte interiori, Message dated September 12th , Amrita 55 Eileen Caddy, Le porte interiori, Message dated September 12th , Amrita 56 The introduction to the meditations has been drawn from the paragraph 19 of our document “The discoveries and the error of the Buddha Gotama Siddhattha” available in our site Internet www.ordinegesuredentore.it 57 Lo Zingarelli, Edizione 1995, Vocabolario della lingua italiana, page 1074, Zanichelli 58 Eileen Caddy, Le porte interiori, Message of July 21st , Amrita ; Eileen Caddy, La voce di Dio a Findhorn, page 61 (Le risposte interiori), Amrita 59 Paramahansa Yogananda, Meditazioni Metafisiche, Astrolabio, Roma 60 Sogyal Rinpoche, Meditazione, cos’è e come praticarla, Edizioni Arista 61 Eileen Caddy, La voce di Dio a Findhorn, page 61 (Le risposte interiori), Mediterranee 62 Eileen Caddy, Le porte interiori, Messages of January 23rd , 24th and 28th , March 28th , April 8th , May 29th , July 17th and 21st , August 19th and 30th , September 4th and November 24th , Amrita 63 Eileen Caddy, La voce di Dio a Findhorn, pages 143-144 (Stai nella quiete e ascolta. • 10. I remember that the external meditations to the man are a loss of time when they have the purpose to discover the Mysteries of the life 65 or they are useless - as those of the Buddha - for the widening of the knowledge of the man, one of the motives for which the man himself/herself lives on the Earth. The methods of meditation are mental processes entirely personal, making part of the world of every person that meditates, that is of the person that reflects deeply on the life, on the truths of the life, on the reasons of his/her actions or omissions, on the person and the life of the Lord Jesus or of His Mother, Our Lady Mary, on the facts, on the phenomena, on the things, on the images, on the experiences and similars; it can be agreed that the meditations of the others fellow creatures are not observable, nor verifiable because they might be the more different and numerous and they are secret. Of it derives that the meditations of different people are hardly comparable among them, unless more people meditate on the same facts or other as the Christians that meditate on the truths of their Faith; insofar any attempt to catalogue the subject of the meditation is practically impossible, also because the meditation also depends on the Life after Death to start from the opening of the third eye or spiritual eye. For personal experience I can say that the third eye has opened me after having repeatedly fixed my look on the center of the low part of the forehead, a little above the center of the eyebrows. After the opening of the third eye, that has happened after an intense and long period of prayers, reflections and silence they have appeared some lights in my internal sight and after a certain time - always in the third eye (and in front of it) - they have appeared one after the other different "screens" television type, to understand each other. I deduced of it that at every screen corresponded a different plane or sub plane of existence of the astral and mental worlds. I have done everything by myself; there was no need of some teacher or guru just has said the Lord God at Findhorn in the 20th century 66 . We believe that the man is submitted to a lot of tests during a period that lasts some years before it can be opened his spiritual eye and before it can be made to emerge the Lord God in our heart 67 (I think however that the teachings and the spiritual tests continue up to the last day of terrestrial life, even if they decrease of number). This happens because we are not reliable, neither very incline to the fidelity and the perseverance, that are very appreciated by the Lord God. During such period of tests - that we think it be different from person to person - our patience and the purity of our meditative intents they are also appraised on the facts of the material or spiritual life. My motivation for the meditation has always been that to know; I have never had some doubt on the existence of God, on His Spirit, on His being the Father-Mother-God of the whole 65 Eileen Caddy, La voce di Dio a Findhorn, page 61 (Le risposte interiori), Mediterranee 66 Eileen Caddy, La voce di Dio a Findhorn, page 61 (Le risposte interiori), Mediterranee ; Le porte interiori, Messages dated January 24th and 28th , April 8th , July 21st , August 19th and 30th and November 24th , Amrita 67 Eileen Caddy, Le porte interiori, Message of May 29th , Amrita 10

I looked for, instead, instead of understanding as it could be happened that the Jesus Child had been born without violating the virginity of His Mother, but I didn't succeed in realizing it up to when it had shown me in vision: the Jesus Child was born as Child of Light and the Light, that It is energy, became flesh for a successive to solidify of the energy for Divine will. Then I understood also the reason for the wonder of the shepherds invited by the angel to make visit to the Jesus Child 69 , because at that time the birth of a child in a cowshed was a normal fact. It seems me to be able to say, that in the relationships with the Life after Death is very important also the patience and the subjugation to the Divinity. Who wants roofs as the Buddha Gotama Siddhattha 70 , who has other pretensions or he/she doesn't have patience and he/she wants to achieve his/her egoistic purposes God cannot like him/her as it happened to the Buddha, even if God loved him; who is not humble he/she is not appreciated by the Lord until it doesn't become it. The Buddha was proud and obstinate 71 . People who are in a hurry, as they had to have it Alàra Kàlàma and Uddaka Ràmaputta, teachers of Gotama Siddhattha, and same Buddha, they had before to learn to be patient and respectful and to be silent. Buddha was around thirty years old and naturally he had in itself the strength, the hurry and the impatience to show his teachers his own abilities. The teachers and their disciples and whoever other, if they insist in the meditation over the limit fixed by the Sky, the same meditation it is interrupted by Someone of the Life after Death, also because the planes or worlds of existence are rigidly divided as well we know (planes or world physical, astral, mental and akasico or of the conscience worlds 72 ) as their subplanes 73 . After that the Hindus meditator had both the feeling that during a certain meditation it didn't happen anything (seventh meditative level or jhana) - over what had already been made to see to hear or to understand - or that there was not more neither perception, neither not-perception (eighth jhana) 74 . Gotama Siddhattha known as the Buddha was a great thinker, proud and stubborn 75 , and it is almost certain that he has wanted a corroboration on everything, also on the existence of God and the Divine Spark or Self or Spirit 76 . To the future Buddha it was not possible to find God because the Lord was within Him 77 , while Siddharta was looking for the Lord on the outside of him; it was not possible to Siddhartha not even to define God, because the Lord is 68 Eileen Caddy, La voce di Dio a Findhorn, pages 103-104, Mediterranee 69 Vangelo di Luca 2 70 Damien Keown, Buddismo, page 50, Einaudi Tascabili 71 Michael Carrithers, Buddha, page 43, Einaudi Tascabili 72 Cerchio Firenze 77, Dizionario del Cerchio, pages 216-221 (Piani di esistenza), Mediterranee 73 Cerchio Firenze 77, Dizionario del Cerchio, pages 274 (Sottopiano), Mediterranee 74 Damien Keown, Buddhismo, page 92 (Livelli meditativi), Einaudi Tascabili 75 Michael Carrithers, Buddha, page 43, Einaudi Tascabili 76 Cerchio Firenze 77, Per un mondo migliore, page 207 (Goccia o Scintilla Divina – Spirito – Sé), Mediterranee 77 Eileen Caddy, Le porte interiori, Message of July 21st , Amrita 11

Such separation of the Buddha from God it is at the base of the separation that the Buddhists are mentally created among themselves and the Lord, while God never separate Himself from them 80 . The greatest error committed by the Buddha it has been that not to talk of the existence of God to his disciples, even when - deceived by Satan – he believed that God had solicited him to divulge his atheistic doctrine . Siddharta made other great errors among which those: a. to conceive the theory of the Not Itself or Anatta; b. to conceive the theory of the Five factors without the Divine Spark or Self or Spirit; c. to teach to his disciples, and this it is the mother of all of his errors "… to know not for having heard to say, not in base to the tradition […] not because you indulge to the speculation […] not because you honour [the world of] an ascetic; you know instead for yourselves (A I 189) 81 . But it is not everything because the Buddha prescribed them to meditate only on the objects, on the colors, on the breath and on an only fact << the origin and the extinction of the suffering in the man 82 >>; these three things together prevent the Buddhists to have a relationship with the Lord God and to be able to draw to all knowledge, all wisdom, all understanding and all love 83 . Siddharta also taught to his disciples the introspective meditation limited to analyze only their own state of the mind 84 without considering of the existence of the absolute God, of Which we make part and that He is also within us 85 . The Buddha not having known from his Hindu teachers that God was also in his heart, neither having realized it, he prescribed a wrong meditation to his disciples: only on the outside of themselves ( external meditation, second method ) - in the astral and mental worlds where God doesn't make Him find and therefore Siddharta prevented his disciples to be able to have at their disposal, as the Christians and other men, the teachings of God meditating in their same heart 86 . 78 Cerchio Firenze 77, La Fonte Preziosa, pagina 266, Mediterranee 79 Eileen Caddy, Le porte interiori, Message of May 29th , Amrita 80 Eileen Caddy, Le porte interiori, Message of May 29th , Amrita 81 Michael Carrithers, Buddha, page 43, Einaudi Tascabili 82 Michael Carrithers, Buddha, pages 43-44, Einaudi Tascabili 83 Eileen Caddy, La voce di Dio a Findhorn, page 61 (Le risposte interiori), Mediterranee 84 Damien Keown, Buddhismo, pages 96-99 (Meditazione introspettiva), Einaudi Tascabili 85 Eileen Caddy, Le porte interiori, Message of May 29th and September 4th , Amrita 86 Eileen Caddy, La voce di Dio a Findhorn, page 61 (Le risposte interiori), Mediterranee ; Eileen Caddy, Le porte interiori, Messages of March 28th , April 8th , May 29th , July 21st , August 19th and 30th , September 4th and November 24th , Amrita 12
  • 13. The prescription of the Buddha to know only for itself same, under another aspect, it was useful since it allowed his disciples, that is to a part of the Hindus not to commit the errors of the Brahmanism (for instance, that wicked of the division of the men in castes since the birth); however such prescription has ended with to become an enormous disadvantage for the Buddhists because they cannot find the Lord God, the Brahman, inside of them, in how much they meditate on the outside of them only (external meditation). Substantially the personal experience thought by the Buddha, united to the Buddhist meditation methods (external meditation) it is not a Good but an Evil in how much a handicap of cosmic dimensions is revealed itself for the Buddha and the Buddhists because it deprives them of a direct personal relationship with the Lord God, the Brahman, with all knowledge, all wisdom, all understanding and all love 87 ; therefore the value of the personal experience of the Buddhists is a Not value because it misses of the more and of the best, the Lord Father-Mother-God of all men 88 being their meditation erroneous because they never meditate in their intimate where God waits for us in our same heart 89 . Gotama Siddharta, known as Buddha not having treated of the theme of the absolute God, that includes in Itself living beings and things, have left in inheritance a religion or a style of life without God; therefore the Buddhists are in the Darkness, because to ignore God, the Light that is wisdom and love, means to live in the Darkness of the ignorance and distance from God. The Buddha committed other fundamental errors for himself and his doctrine and therefore for his disciples, errors for which we make reference to the other documents of this Catechism written on the Buddha among which that one which has for title " The discoveries and the errors of the Buddha Gotama Siddhattha ". In our opinion the teachers of Siddhartha, Alàra Kàlàma and Uddaka Ràmaputta, and generally the meditating Hindus of the epoch, among which the Buddha, were too much interested in getting selfish results from the meditations 90 and therefore they were impatient and hasty. Since the meditation also it is a part of the school of the life it is the Internal Teacher, that is the Spirit of God 91 that fixes the program and the rules; therefore when the meditating one insists to meditate on the outside of itself and for a long time too the Lord it makes to stop the effects of the meditation; therefore the sphere of the Not existence doesn’t exist because everything exists 92 while the Nothing of Alàra Kàlàma it is not a meditative level or phase but the end of the meditation and the same is said of the “Neither perception, nor Not perception” of Uddaka 87 Eileen Caddy, La voce di Dio a Findhorn, page 61 (Le risposte interiori), Mediterranee 88 Eileen Caddy, la voce di Dio a Findhorn, pages 103-104 , Mediterranee 89 Eileen Caddy, Le porte interiori, Message dated September 4th , Amrita 90 Cerchio Firenze 77, Dizionario del Cerchio, pages 160-161 (Liberazione), Mediterranee 91 Eileen Caddy, Le porte interiori, Messages of March 28th and July 21st , Amrita ; Vangelo di Matteo 14, 25-26 92 Cerchio Firenze 77, Dizionario del Cerchio, pages 296-297 ( Tutto ; Tutto è perfetto ; Tutto-Uno-Assoluto), Mediterranee 13
  • 14. Ràmaputta 93 that is the phases or levels seventh and eighth of the meditative practice 94 of the monks teachers of Siddharta quoted in precedence; those were the answers that the Sky gave to too long meditations: it didn't make it to happen nothing because life is a school and the Teacher that it is God it fixes the program, to which wanting or not wanting we must follow; particularly, claims impatiences and forcings are not appreciated. I think that the Lord God, before emerging in our heart 95 valued our love and our faith, determination, trust and perseverance. We always remember that we are rebellious and that we have lived million of years of existences lived in the three kingdoms of the nature (mineral, vegetable and animal); after thousands of years of human life the Lord God patiently waits also for the to unwind of the spiritual evolution of our Soul or Conscience in men more and more evolved 96 to save the Angels rebellious become Demons 97 ; therefore it is more than just that men - in which the Demons are embodied - they learn to have patience, to respect the rules of the life and to humbly make the first footstep toward God 98 , having faith, trust, patience, perseverance and humility. In my opinion the first footstep to have a relationship with our God we make it learning to make silence within us 99 with the thought fixed within ourselves in our inner world where there is our heart 100 . For an example, if a meditating aspirant has hurry to achieve the results that he/she is established meditating, the Sky can decide not to open his/her spiritual eye, until he/she won't have learned the art of the patience and of the let God to do. In their meditations the Buddhist meditating ones will be able to see the object of their meditations or a color or to perceive their own breath 101 , as they want to do, because the Lord God respects our liberty because He has given us the free will 102 . I don't have experiences of execution of Oriental methods of meditation, but there are affinities between my method and that of Paramahansa Yogananda, even if I didn't meditate really in the heart because I didn't know it then, as instead it made the Hindu saint "…leaving to sink the mind in the well without bottom of the heart…103 "; besides, while Paramahansa sat immovable, with the backbone right, I was stretched out in the bed, the head supported on the pillow; if I turned me on the left side with the ear leaned on the pillow I felt strong the heartbeat - as a call - and I perceived the cardiac movements in the breast; if I turned me on the right side I perceived, but a 93 Leonardo Vittorio Arena, Buddha, pages 17-19, Tascabili Economici Newton 94 Damien Keown, Buddhismo, page 92 (Livelli meditativi), Einaudi Tascabili 95 Eileen Caddy, Le porte interiori, Message dated May 29th , Amrita 96 Cerchio Firenze 77, Oltre l’illusione, page 185; Per un mondo migliore, page 206 (Evoluzione), Mediterranee 97 Jakob Lorber, Il Signore parla, pages 157 – 163 (La natura di Satana e le conseguenze della sua caduta), Armenia 98 Eileen Caddy, Le porte interiori, Message of August 29th , Amrita 99 Eileen Caddy, La voce di Dio a Findhorn, pages 143-144 (Stai nella quiete e ascolta. • 15. great deal more softly the heartbeats; however I always perceived them, but at the beginning I didn't succeed in realizing that the Lord God waited the development of my Soul since around fifty thousands years, so much it lasts - in average – the evolution of a Soul or Conscience 104 from the stage of man to the thresholds of the superman in the planet Earth 105 . At the beginning – when I didn’t know that the Lord God is in our heart and from there he answered to our questions -while I was being in listening of the stupendous cardiac sounds; at the rhythm of the pulsations I simply called God without knowing, without pretensions, without requests and with the maximum respect; it was not indispensable to ask questions, since God exactly knows that of which we have need and he provides it for us 106 , as in my case, in various ways, to start from making us to understand. Don't be in a hurry! You persevere and you stay in listening; when you will have shown patience and perseverance the Lord God will answers you. The Internal Teacher 107 , the Spirit of God, that He is within us can respond to all the questions that we want on the so many Mysteries of the life or to resolve our doubts and to point out us our spiritual walk 108 ; also the peace, that is the first fruit of the meditation, is within us, since within us there is God 109 with His love and all of His virtues. Our meditations may be different because men are all different, but they can be similar for an instance those of the Christians and of the Buddhists. In every case I suppose that also the answer of God might be different for each one of us, according to the questions that we have asked Him, but also for our peculiar characteristics, since we are all different the one from the other, even if substantially similar (as the trees of the same kind, for instance). The Providence gives or it doesn't give to the man what he/she desires on the basis of the spiritual needs of everyone, since life doesn't have material purposes being only an extraordinary evolutionary tool of our Conscience 110 . The abundance or the insufficiency of gifts, of goods, of food, of water and so on must be seen always in the picture of karmic credits or debts of each one of us 111 and in the picture of the evolutionary necessities of the single people because all we live on the Earth to widen our Conscience, that it becomes at a certain point love; such evolutionary necessities are not always easy to be interpreted, especially if we live our way and it is not looked for God inside us and we don’t allows Him to emerge because of our scarce love 112 . 104 Cerchio Firenze 77, Dizionario del Cerchio, pages 28-29 (Anima), Mediterranee 105 Cerchio Firenze 177, Oltre l’illusione, page 185, Mediterranee 106 Vangelo di Matteo 6, 25-34 107 Vangelo di Giovanni 14, 25.26 108 Eileen Caddy, La voce di Dio a Findhorn, page 61 (Le risposte interiori), Mediterranee ; Le porte interiori, Message dated July 21st , Amrita 109 Eileen Caddy, Le porte interiori, Messages of January 23rd , March 28th , April 8th , May 29th , July 17th and September 4th , Amrita 110 Cerchio Firenze 77, Per un mondo migliore, page 205 (Corpo akasico uguale Coscienza) e page 206 (Evoluzione), Mediterranee 111 Cerchio Firenze 77, Dizionario del Cerchio, pages 153-156 (Karma) and pages 157-159 (Legge di causa e di effetto o legge karmica), Mediterranee 112 Eileen Caddy, Le porte interiori, Message dated May 29th , Amrita 15
  • 16. What may be the life that we have, beautiful or ugly, it is important to come to know that it derives from our behaviors of the past, also of preceding terrestrial existences and that the tests that we must overcome have been predisposed by God, or better from the people from Him delegate - the Lords or Teachers of the Karma 113 - so that we can always grow in knowledge and Conscience to realize the purpose of our existences on the Earth, our unity with God 114 . The project of the life in the Cosmos founds it and it has for purpose the mutual love. The plan served by God for each one of us develops also considering the scarce abilities to grow in the love because of our egoism and of our errors 115 . For each one of us noble or plebeian, white or black, dark, red or yellow, poor or rich, generous or mean, male or female, king or mendicant, superb or humble, irascible or meek, good or bad… there is a perfect plan that develops it in such way to make to expand our Conscience, anyway we behave us because nothing is vain or casual or it happens in vain 116 . The plan is exclusively based on the evolutionary necessities of our terrestrial incarnation (therefore it is our interest to behave well us, but if we will behave badly there - that is against the Laws of God (The Decalogue 117 and the Commandments of the love 118 ) - we will also learn from our errors, since nothing happens in vain 119 . Returning to my heart: I can hear again the cardiac pulsations in whatever moment, at will, considering that I have learned to make silence inside of me because it is in the stillness that the Lord God speaks to us 120 . And here I stop me, because this is not the place to speak of myself. I say only that in that first years, while I was being me in a center of cardiology, at Veruno, next to the lake of Garda, a method of relaxation was taught through the successive contractions of the muscles of the body, to start from the right hand method that was united to a calm and deep breathing; they made us lay down on a cover or a mat, in supine position with a small pillow behind the head. I drew beautiful feelings of calm and muscular awareness that sometimes I try again, also not having of it more need, thank Goodness. But for the spiritual goals this method of relaxation can also serves for making silence within us for entering a state of peace and internal calm that also allows us to turn some questions to the Lord God and to submit Him our problems 121 . The Lord will answer us because God speak to us when we have learned to make silence within us 122 . 113 Cerchio Firenze 77, Dizionario del Cerchio, page 266, (I Signori del karma), Mediterranee 114 Eileen Caddy, Le porte interiori, Messages of May 17th ,August 14th and 29th , Amrita ; La voce di Dio a Findhorn, page 130 (Amami e fai la Mia volontà), Mediterranee 115 Cerchio Firenze 77, La Fonte Preziosa, page 230, Mediterranee ; Eileen Caddy, Le porte interiori, Messages of August 27th and 29th , Amrita 116 Eileen Caddy, Le port interiori, Messages of August 27th and 29th , Amrita 117 Deuteronomio 5, 6-22 118 Levitico 19, 17-18 ; Deuteronomio 6, 4-9 ; Vangelo di Matteo 22, 34-40 119 Eileen Caddy, Le porte interiori, Message of August 29th , Amrita 120 Eileen Caddy, La voce di Dio a Findhorn, pages 143-144 (Stai nella quiete e ascolta. • 17. From the meditation I have drawn so many great advantages: first of all I found the Lord God within myself, but before I had found the internal peace and the calm, that are the provided gifts of the Divine law of the Karma for the men that make their best to behave well them and therefore not for worth of some gurus Oriental or Westerner. During about nineteen years, so much goes on the last part of my spiritual course there have been for me so many spiritual washes and purifications thanks to the Great Mother Holy Spirit, also with the fire happened in other worlds, to the bodies living there for rendering me worth of the promises of Christ; it has been allowed me to see such washes and purifications, to make me understand how many my dirtiness and spiritual impurities were. This is possible since the man - that it is a whole formed by Divine Spark or Self or Spirit, physical body, astral body, mental body and body Akasico or Conscience 123 - lives contemporarily in four floors of existence with the correspondents bodies: physical, astral, mental and Akasico or of the Conscience; another body also exists, the ethereal, that harmonizes the physical body with the astral body 124 . Who will want to know more on the Kingdom of the Skies or of God, on the meditation and on the man that is writing he/she can read my Diaries (that I have published in the site Internet of The Ordine Gesù Redentore ( the Jesus Redeemer Order ) : www.ordinegesuredentore.it ); it will be so possible to realize the relationship that was among me - that I was and I am on the Earth – and the Divinity and the Celestial Beings of the Life after Death. The Diary is free available, as the whole Catechism of the Jesus Redeemer Order. 3. The spiritual Life; of the spiritual life the Lord God told to Eileen Caddy of the Findhorn Community in the 20th century: The Lord God has said of Itself same : << I AM Spirit. I AM everywhere. I AM in everything. There is nowhere where I AM not. When you fully realize this fact and can accept it, you know that the Kingdom of Heaven is within you, and you can cease your search and turn within. Then you find within you all you are looking for. How few souls nowadays do it! They are far too busy searching everywhere for the answers except within. When you can accept that I Am within you, never again will you feel alone; never again will you have to search without for the answers to your problems. Bu when anything arises which needs answering, you will seek that peace and stillness within, lay your questions and problems before Me, and I will give you the answers. Then you have to learn to obey and to follow out exactly what I reveal to you from Within. You have to learn to live My word and not just hear it 125 >>. 123 Cerchio Firenze 77, Dizionario del Cerchio, pages 58-60 (Corpi akasico o della coscienza, astrale, eterico, fisico e mentale), Mediterranee 124 Cerchio Firenze 77, Dizionario del Cerchio, page 59 (Corpo eterico), Mediterranee 125 Eileen Caddy, Le porte interiori, Message of March 28th , Amrita 17

You are all of our sweetness. You are our eternal life, Great and admirable Lord, almighty God, merciful Savior 128 >>. Also for the meditation nobody will want to be satisfied or to stay to read other people's experiences, since it is necessary that each also makes his/her own part in the spiritual life 129 , as he/she did when he/she was a child, when it learned to walk . .Of our spiritual life the Lord God has said also to Eileen Caddy of the Findhorn Community in Scotland in the 20th century : - << You can be told about spiritual truths; but only as you live them, put them into practice in your life and demonstrate them do they become reality to you and live, move and have their being in you. You must do your own thinking, your own living and your own working things out. You must stand on your own feet and never to expect anyone else to do it for you. The gods, the Buddha included, and their temples; we suggest you to transform them The Buddha was not a god, it was a teacher, even if the Buddhists have deified him. Then the Buddhists, in the their same interest, put the words of God in practice and put themselves in His hands, instead that in those of the Buddha, that - at the most - he can be venerate as a saint that he intercedes with God for you. Buddhists brothers, the time has come that you put on in your temples, behind the high altar a Sun, that the Lord God symbolizes, with the rays dot-like, where every point symbolizes a man; on the high altar, in the center, you put a statue of the Lord Jesus Christ and to His right a statue of Our Lady Mary, smaller than that of the Christ. Then the time has also come that the Buddha be put below God, the Christ and Our Lady Mary in all of your temples, in a secondary side altar. And the same it is said for all the other Oriental religions: that in their temples there is, at the first place, the symbol of the absolute God 134 Eileen Caddy, Le porte interiori, Message of August 30th , Amrita 135 Eileen Caddy, Le porte interiori, Message of January 25th , Amrita 20
  • 21. that is Father and Mother to us136 ! This is in your own interest, but the Lord our God will be glad of that also. The Lord God deserves all of our devotion and consideration since He loves us and makes all of this that we allow Him to do, having us given the free will 137 . The whole life on the Earth develops it to the insignia of the merciful love of God and the liberty that He has granted us 138 . We suffer for the correction of the Karmic law or Law of cause and of effect 139 - one of the pillars of the Evolution law 140 - that so much necessary to make us understand that an only thing is necessary and that to pursue: to do the will of God 141 . The same thing will do in their temples for the other gods the other peoples and religions that they don’t adore yet the sole true God, The Father-Mother-God 142 of all men, with the Holy Spirit 143 . 5. The religions, the meditations and the reflections to know ourselves With regard to our affirmations or to those of other men or religious Faiths each one must value other people's affirmations with his/her discernment; therefore it is not offensive for anybody to value attentively and objectively, what it has been said, to start from that that he say and it will say who is writing, especially on matters of which scientific tests cannot be given, as in the cases of what it is seen or it hears in meditation. Nevertheless it is confirmed the value that the religions attribute to the meditation, especially to the internal meditation (meditation within), but it is necessary to make other precise statements : a. that internally meditating in our intimate we enter in our intimate the Lord God it is found by us in our heart 144 , while outwardly meditating we enter in other worlds (the astral one and the mental one) where there is confusion 145 because they are a great number of people including the Demons. Every one can say what he/she wants, of his/her meditative experiences, provided that he/she doesn't pretend to be believed or he/she doesn't pretend to make to become a science his/her meditative method. The methods of every one, all personal ones, even if codified by Religions or Sects or Authors of books, they are and remain ways or particular 136 Eileen Caddy, La voce di Dio a Findhorn, pages 103-104, Mediterranee 137 Cerchio Firenze 77, Dizionario del Cerchio, page 161 (Libero arbitrio) and page 161-162 (Libertà), Mediterranee 138 Jakob Lorber, Il Signore parla, page 162, Armenia 139 Cerchio Firenze 77, Per un mondo migliore, pagina 209 (Karma) e Legge di causa e di effetto; Dizionario del Cerchio, pages 157-159 (Legge di causa e di effetto o Legge karmica), Mediterranee 140 Cerchio Firenze 77, Per un mondo migliore, page 206 (Evoluzione) and page 210 ( Legge di Evoluzione), Mediterranee 141 Vangelo di Matteo 12, 46-50 ; Eileen Caddy, La voce di Dio a Findhorn, page 38 ( La tua meta più grande è fare la Mia volontà), Mediterranee 142 Eileen Caddy, La voce di Dio a Findhorn, pages 103-104, Mediterranee 143 Eileen Caddy, Le porte interiori, Messages of March 28th and July 17th , Amrita 144 Eileen Caddy, Le porte interiori, Messages dated January 21st , March 28th , April 8th , May 29th July 17th and 21st and September 4th , Amrita ; Eileen Caddy, La voce di Dio a Findhorn, page 61 Le risposte interiori), Mediterranee 145 Eileen Caddy, Le porte interiori, Message dated November 24th , Amrita 21

They are not scientific not even the external meditations, suggested by the Buddha and by innumerable other Oriental gurus. But if it is not wanted to waste time we follow the suggestion of the Lord God that I have above indicated: you meditate inside yourselves, in your intimate, looking for the Lord and asking Him some questions on the Mysteries of the life or on what you do not understand or on your doubts or submit Him your problems or you look for His guide 147 ; b. that the practice of the interior meditation it is for itself a factor of spiritual progress because we get in touch with the Lord God, Which explain us the mysteries of the life or He answers to our questions or clarifies our doubts or existential problems because the Lord is all knowledge, all wisdom, all understandings and all love within us 148 . The external meditation instead, taught by the Buddha 149 , by Buddhists and by innumerable other Oriental gurus it doesn't give spiritual fruits, but only a best knowledge of own mental state 150 as well as peace and calm as the all the others meditations. Therefore if the Buddhists or generally the Orientals want to know the truths of the life they must turn to the Lord God Father and Mother of the human kind 151 , that He waits for all of us in our same heart 152 ; c. We can meditate also on the Divine Spark, Self or Spirit provided that it is not pretended to define It or to have evidence as it made the Buddha divulging out the incomplete criterion of the direct personal experience through the external meditation that is to say on the outside of itselves same only 153 , where the Lord God doesn't make Him find in the astral and mental worlds because there, there is too much confusion 154 ; d. The Spirit or Divine Spark or Self its part of Mystery of God and of the men, all different ones among them. In the Christianity the meditations are suggested on the truths of the Christian Faith; the other religions recommend other meditations; therefore, since not all the truths of faith of the religions are Truths, the Order Gesù Redentore (Jesus Redeemer Order) recommends the meditations that it proposes us to make Our Lady Mary of Nazareth, Mother of the Lord Jesus: fifteen minutes of meditation only on the Mysteries of the Rosary 155 , but meditations can be made on other Truths of the life or on the other Revelations that are at the base of the Catechism of the Ordine Gesù Redentore (Jesus Redeemer Order), asking explanations directly to the Lord God 156 . God has said also: “Be still and listen. I ask for nothing more 157 ”; f. The reflections on the true reasons that determine our actions or omissions, are very important to know ourselves realizing the self knowledge 158 by means of self psychoanalysis 159 taught by the spiritual Teachers of the Cerchio Firenze 77 (Circle Florence 77) 160 . Ourselves same we are another mystery of the life, on whose knowledge so much they insist the spiritual Teachers of the Circle Florence 77, since such knowledge, that is the to know why we do or we don't do certain actions, it is fundamental to know who and as really we are for progressing on our peculiar spiritual path. g. Of the meditation the spiritual Teachers of the Cerchio Firenze 77 (Circle Florence 77 ) have said besides: << On the meditation and the analysis of itselves same. How to do it? I believe that it be very simple: all it takes is doing it not for whole days, not for hours, but that there is the desire to do it and to do it with sincerity. To analyze ourselves: this is important; without wanting to reach any goal, neither to improve us neither to spiritually progress, neither to put on in contact with the Divine One. Be calm that the Divine One, until we will be ready, He doesn't put on in contact with anybody. Because it is the man that goes to put on in contact with God, it is not God that goes down to him: is it clear?? Therefore all those that promise you to make you evolve, to make you reach through disciplines and forced meditations a great evolution they deceive you. This is very important: 155 AA. To analyze our own actions towards the others, to analyze them , to coldly appraise them, as it dealt with another person: this they say the teachers. It is important to do this with a lot of simplicity and to say: "Today I have done so and so and this way. For which motive? It can be for this motive, and it can be for a completely different and opposite motive. Which will that true be?". This is the problem to put ourselves, with cold aloofness and with a lot of simplicity and sincerity. The true motive, that mirrors your true being, to the opportune moment it will be identified and recognized; and since then it will be difficult, if really you don't want it to deceive yourselves 161 ; h. Self awareness and unconscious. As the flower of the understanding buds: In certain moments the knowledge of itselves happens at conscious level, then, for a part that it is not known how to explain, it remains instead, at unconscious level, unaware. But it is not this part destined to be unknown, because it would be a contradiction in terms, is it true? It is a transitory state, it is only a moment in which, as before I said, the part hidden of the mind, the unaware part, it works despite you, without your knowledge. And then suddenly the flower of the understanding buds. Here, then, that of sudden, as an illumination, with the part aware of the mind you succeed in understanding a truth of yourselves. But this, says the life, it can subsequently give origin to a new ghost of the mind; yes, because the knowledge of itself is not total yet. In the moment in which it will happen, this total knowledge, and that it cannot be waited shortly, even the kingdom of the ghosts of the mind will also stop then 162 >>; i. Ghosts of the mind: The true ghosts that must be feared are not those that frequent ancient castles, solitary regions or living rooms of spiritualists. They are those that are born and they reside in the mind of men. They are those that torture the mystical ones; what they tempt the chaste ones; that, fomented by the jealousy, they disturb the happiest unions. The doubt riding they disperse the rushes of the faith; mining the confidence of itselves ditch in the mediocrity the most gifted man. They assault with the uncertainty, they paralyse with the hesitation, they give birth to the ambiguity and the shadiness, they make to reign the indeterminateness and the perplexity..45c, 29d. For many years, in the 20th century, the Father – Mother - God of all men 164 has spoken to an English woman, Eileen Caddy (of the Findhorn Community in Scotland), of the thought, of the mind, of the mentality of the contemplation, of the meditation, of the behaviors and of the attitudes of the man also. You will find a list of such Messages on the thought in this same folder. It is suggested you to study the Messages of the Lord God in the Findhorn ‘ Revelation, since they are fundamental for orienting correctly our thought and therefore for our spiritual growth. 6. The meditation suggested by Our Lady Mary of Nazareth Here four teachings are divulged of Our Lady Mary, Mother of the Lord Jesus, Which has told on the subject of meditations: a. << Dear children, in these days (Novena for the feast of the Exaltation of the Cross) I want to invite to set you at the center of the whole, the Cross. You pray particularly in front of the Cross, from which they derive great graces. In these days do in your houses a special consecration to the Cross. You promise not to offend Jesus and the Cross and not to bring Him insults. Thank you for having answered to my call 165 >>; b. << Dear children, in Lent the second message for the days is this: you renew the prayer in front of the Cross. Dear children, I am giving you particular graces, and Jesus from the Cross, gives you particular gifts. Welcome them and live them! You meditate the passion of Jesus and united you to Jesus in the life. Thank you for having answered to my call 166 >>; c. << Dear children, I invite today you to decide you if you desire to live the messages that I am giving you. I desire that you are active in the way of living and in to communicate the messages. In particular way, dear children, I desire that all you are the reflex of Jesus which will illuminate this unfaithful world that walks in the dark. I desire that all you are light to everybody and that you testify in the light. Dear children, you have not called to the dark but to the light; for this you live the light with your life. Thank you for having answered to my call! 167 >>. d. In other circumstance Our Lady Mary has recommended only the meditation on the Mysteries of the Rosary for fifteen minutes <<… with the intention to offer me reparations, I promise to assist them in the time of the death with all the necessary graces to the salvation 168 >>.. 163 Cerchio Firenze 77, Dizionario del Cerchio, page 114 (Fantasmi della mente), Mediterranee ; Cerchio Firenze 77, Le grandi verità ricercate dall’uomo, pages 29-34 (L’occulto e i fantasmi della mente), Mediterranee 164 Eileen Caddy, La voce di Dio a Findhorn, pages 103-104, Mediterranee 165 Maria of Nazareth, Messaggi da Medjugorje, Message of September 12th , MIR 166 Maria di Nazareth, Messaggi da Medjugorje, Message of February 20th 1986, MIR 167 Maria of Nazareth, Messages from Medjugorje, Message of June 5th 1986, MIR 168 AA. • 26. 7. Of the Yoga one has authoritatively been said by the spiritual Teachers of the Cerchio Firenze 77: << If a particular experience of absolute peace with himself and with the world were a aim to durably achieve: The to feel of which the teachers speak The to feel of which the teachers speak conducts for itself, when it is to a datum point of development this state of calm, of overcoming of every conflict; it automatically produces it and spontaneously. It would be therefore an error to look for the liberation to reach that state of truth and calm. This liberation must not be pursued with the intent to calm down and to live then that beatitude. I repeat: the beatitude, the serenity, the sense of communion with everything it surrounds us, it automatically happens, it is given in addition, according to the angelic expression. Many feel these preparatory experiences aroused by a natural show, for instance a sunset, or from a vision of the nature , from a demonstration of affection from others.. It is as a spark that makes to feel to the creatures to be in communion with the world that surrounds them. It seems, almost, then that the landscape be part of themselves, they are felt entirely integral part of the whole, united to the everything, and it is a marvelous feeling, that corresponds to a liberation to feel rather complex, of a widened conscience. Initially such experiences happen occasionally, that is that state of mind doesn't persist for a lot of time because still the to feel is not of enough intensity. But subsequently they are produced at a distance more and more brought closer, up to when it comes to exist a state of mind that doesn't have anything else other than this radiation, this continuous and natural comfort. Naturally, all this happens through the time and the evolution. It is not the yoga one of whatever type that makes to have determined states of mind. If a person doesn't have the developed conscience, if he/she doesn't have a certain evolution, he/she can do all the yoga that he/she wants but he/she will never reach the union of his/her vehicles, that is he/she will never reach these states of beatitude. He/she can reach a great serenity, a great equilibrium (as not only the yoga one but other disciplines can also give) but he /she will never arrive to have these states of conscience as it has them instead the individual of a certain evolution. I understand the desire to retry - when it has already been experimented - such a beautiful experience, so marvelous and satisfying; but it cannot be thought about getting back /it within brief time: it will come when it must come, above all not when and because the individual desires to get back it. It will come when its conscience will reveal some particular conditions following an increase of the same conscience. And it will come in addition 169 >>. 8. • 27. Speaking of religions the word truth it often meets; therefore I think opportune to anticipate what it must be intended for truth. It tells us the Lord Jesus, the Divine Presence in the man 170 that told in the 19th century to Jakob Lorber: What is truth?: An innkeeper asked one day to Jesus: << And so, dear Lord and Teacher, I would want to hear from You what the truth is after all; because on this you can give us the best explanation. Only when the man knows what truth is and as and where he/she can find it, he/she can assume it inside of itself to give an orientation to its life and to free from every madness and deception. What is therefore the full truth, and as and where can we find it? >>. I told him friendly: << Look me and you understand well what I will tell you now: God, the only and sole true, He is the truth. Who has found God, the only and sole true, he/she has also found the truth that will make him/her free and alive. Once that the man has found God and recognized His will, and he/she behaves and lives in base to this, he/she also becomes him/her truth; and once that he/she is become such, it is free, and from the death of the world and from the matter he/she passes to the life that comes from God. I see in you another question, to which it cannot so easily be answered as to this; nevertheless also to this new question that you have not expressed yet I will give a comprehensible answer for everybody. Yours not express question is this: "God is justly the truth, and who God has found, he/she has found the truth that does him/her free; but where God is, who God is, as it is His will, and finally: how do I do to find God, and as I recognize to have found Him?" You see, My dear friend, to clearly answer to this question is not for me very difficult, while it is being difficult for you to understand the answer that I will have given you. Nevertheless try! See, God is a very pure Spirit and He is eternal! This eternal Spirit is the purest and perfect love and therefore the eternal life; the love is however a fire and a resplendent light and everything this is the truth. In God, eternal origin of all of this that it is He is also the most perfect self- awareness, the maximum intelligence, wisdom and power, and if it were not so, nothing would ever have been created; because what is not anything in itself, he/she cannot even create anything. In God it is then eternally present the maximum intelligence and the brightest self- awareness, that continually act. And if it were not so, who would have given a life furnished of intelligence and self-awareness to the Angels and the men? Or is it possible to give to someone something that is not possessed? Can a blind and rough strength give a perfect life? Has a lightning that goes down from the clouds and it strikes the earth, produced anything else other than disorder and confusion? If you consider the blind strengths cannot discover in their action the least sign of intelligence and reason! Yes a wise man researcher will also discover in the action of the blind and natural strengths a certain order and a certain program: but this is not an ownership of 170 Eileen Caddy, La voce di Dio a Findhorn, page 144, Mediterranee 27
  • 28. theirs, on the contrary ownership of God, that regulates these strengths with His will infinitely wise, to achieve a good goal in this or that part of the earth. If you consider the plants, the animals and the men, will find above all in the whole maximum order, a wise program, united to the best finality, thing that these beings cannot have for itself, since before existing they were not anything. It is therefore clear that their existence derives supremely from a wise first motor, and it is evident that only His supreme intelligence, His power and His perfect self-awareness has been able to draw from Itself and to create these multiform beings. The man, also in his/her sphere of life not wanted, possesses a bright and far-seeing intelligence, from which they develop reason and intelligence, as a tree develops itself from the seed, and with these he/she can call in to be admirable works well orderly. Who in addition to God he/she could give the intelligence, the love, the reason and the free will and the corresponding strength of action to the man? Friend, if you consider a little how much I have shortly told you, you will easily find the way that conducts to God and His truth. If the man undertakes this way with love for He who that he/she looks for, he/she will find Him; and when he/she will have found Him, God will manifest well soon him/her His will. If then the man will act in base to this will, he/she will feel him/her in his/her soul more and more united to the Spirit that comes from God. And once that this will have happened, the man himself/herself will become truth, having found it inside of itself; and so you now see what truth is, as it must be looked for it and as and where he/she is able in every moment with safety to find it. And when you will have found the truth and you will have become free and pure, also all of this that surrounds yourself, will become truth, purity and liberty; since for the one who is sincere everything it is true, for the one who is pure everything it is pure and for the one that is free everything is free 171 >>. To all of you brothers that you don't believe in God it is remembered that Jesus answered so to the apostle Thomas that had asked Him “ Lord, we do not know where you go; and as we can know the way? Jesus answered: << I am the way, the truth and the life 172 >>. Therefore whoever wants to eternally leave the wheel of the births and the deaths and leaves eternally in the plenitude of God he/she must make a simple thing: to look for the Lord Jesus inside of itself; he/she will find Him if he/she will do it with trust, humility and love. 9. The role that it covers the meditation in the Buddhist universe << The importance of the meditation in the Buddhist teachings is proved by the fact that the Buddha realized the illumination really while it was meditating… The image of the Buddha sat with his leg crossed in meditation… (note of mine: you see at page 88 of the book of Damien Keown, Buddhismo, Einaudi Tascabili ) … is one of the subjects more widespread in the Buddhist art and a 171 Jakob Lorber, Il Signore parla, pages 60-62 (Cos’è la verità?), Armenia 172 Vangelo di Giovanni 14, 6 28
  • 29. constant recall to the close relation existing between meditation and illumination… (note of mine: in every case the illumination is gradual for everybody. As far as I understood the Buddha’s illumination it was limited to the discovery of the rules of the divine Karma Law that awards who maintains himself/herself just, merciful and pure, but only until he/she remain such, then the pain takes again for the expiation of the negative postponed karmas. To the Buddha the pain reappeared because he continued to ignore God. Therefore for more reasons the pain reappears. Consequently it is not true that the pain stop as it is said in the Third and Fourth noble truths. It results sure enough that the pain reappears to the Buddha also in his old age 173 . The Buddha discovered on himself that the renunciation to the thirst or eagerness for the enjoyment of the pleasures of the world and the flesh co-operates to give origin to the rebirths of men on the Earth. With the meditation it is acquired the peace, the serenity and the reduction suspension of the pain as it is provided by the divine law of the karma 174 . For having such partial illumination Siddhartha employed about five years as monk errant (samana), but since he ignored the Lord God lived in Darkness of the remoteness from the Lord itself all the remaining life of about forty years. [note of mine: The illumination of the Buddha it was not complete because his meditation was exterior since he meditated on the outside of himself only, while the most important meditation is that interior, within itselves, in our same heart where God is found with all knowledge, wisdom, understanding and love. ( You see Eileen Caddy, La voce di Dio a Findhorn, page 61(Answers within), Mediterranee ). If the Buddha had meditated in his heart he had not committed the several very serious mistakes that he has made and of which I speak also in the documents of Buddha; particularly I point out the paragraph 21 of the document “ The discoveries and the errors of the Buddha Gotama Siddhattha “ of this same Catechism. The Buddhist meditation it is external only; of this meditation the Lord God said that it is a waste of time if it is addressed to the discovery of the mysteries of the life; infinitely more modestly I say that the Buddhist meditation is useless for spiritual aims, because it intends only the dominion of the sharps, itches and other impulses of the physical body of the meditating one, the knowledge of his/her sensations, moods and thoughts, as well as a deep analysis of the own mental state only ( You see Damien Keown, Buddhismo, page 97, Einaudi Tascabili ]. ….In practice all the traditions of the Buddhism consider the meditation – that it constitutes a preponderant part of the "empirical" dimension of this religion – the main road of the illumination… ( note of mine: Considering that the Buddhist meditation is on the outside of the man ( external meditation ) it is evident that such external meditation it is not the main road of the illumination. The main road of the illumination is another one: it is that the Lord God teaches us from Findhorn in Scotland 175 . 173 Michael Carrithers, Buddha, page 106, Einaudi Tascabili ; Damien Keown, Buddhismo, pages 28-30 (La morte), Einaudi Tascabili ; Leonardo Vittorio Arena, Buddha, pages 74-76 (Malattia del Buddha), Tascabili Economici Newton 174 Cerchio Firenze 77, Le grandi verità ricercate dall’uomo, page 49 (Mantra del karma), Mediterranee 175 Eileen Caddy, La voce di Dio a Findhorn, page 61(Le risposte interiori), Mediterranee ; You see also “The introduction to the meditation” in this same document 29
  • 30. The meditation on the outside of the man as main road it is rather dangerous, since it is opened to the satanic raids. Since the mental world it is opened to the thoughts of everybody, Satan can interfere in the meditations of every man. On the matter our Lady Mary from Medjugorje teaches us that Satan can make fun of us both simulating to be somebody else - as in the case of the Buddha – both instilling doubts, guilty feelings, or some other negativities or with malevolent energy discharges, that Our Lady Mary Itself defines satanic assaults or attacks 176 for profiting by us). Buddhist brothers, don't waste time to look for the explanation of the Mysteries of the life on the outside of you, because such explanation are within your being where there is the Lord God is present with the all knowledge, wisdom, understanding and love 177 . …The meditation (samadhi 178 ) is one of the three subdivisions of the Octopath, therefore it occupies a central position in the Buddhist practice.. Nevertheless, the most general term for meditation is bhavana, that means "to cultivate" or, literally, "to make to become." The literal meaning is appropriate, because the meditation is the principal method Buddhist to turn itselves same into what it is desired to be.( my note: this transformation is impossible to the man) . For me the greatest worth of the Buddha was that to have intuited the rules of the law of the karma and that the thirst or eagerness of the pleasure co-operates to make men rebirth in the Earth. Instead the buddhist meditation it is not a value, but a Not value because the meditation that Siddharta taught was only external; therefore the buddhist meditation doesn't bring spiritual benefits and therefore you should stop it). …The Hindu origins: The techniques of meditation in use at the times of Buddha made part of a common spiritual heritage of all those people that they were devoted to the renouncement (samana) and of those practising that the orthodox tradition of the Indian (brahmana) religion followed. Some centuries before the renewed interest for the internal dimension of the spiritual life was matured in the composition of a body of religious literature that it had taken the name of Upanisad… … These treatises proposed itselves to explain the relationship that intervenes between the individual self (atman)… (note of mine: in the Hinduism there was confusion between the self or me that it is written with the es small letter that it is born in the mind of the man and the Self that it is written with the es capital letter that it is the Drop or Divine Spark of the man; therefore the atman should be written with the ei capital letter. The Bhavagad Gita deals with the question in the Canto VI, verses 4-10. The samadhi or ecstasy is a state of beatitude rare and brief in the man that lives on the Earth if he/she has the conscience developed to allow such an event.
