Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant
agreement No 693849.
2. Co-participative data-driven
innovation in the public sector
More and more statistical datasets are
published openly, but using them is
complicated by fragmentary, incompatible
and disconnected approaches to publica-
tion. This makes it hard to use them for
practical statistical analysis, visualisation or
in applications.
We are developing software tools for
creating, expanding and exploiting Linked
Open Statistical Data. Our toolkit will help
you employ a data cube model using
Linked Data technologies and vocabular-
ies to create innovative, data-driven public
services.
Pilot Sites
The OpenGovIntelligence solutions will be
tested at six pilot projects:
The Greek Ministry of the Interior
Internal administration decision making
Lithuania Ministry of Economy
Enhancing one stop shop for businesses
Manchester Trafford Council
Decision making in local authorities
The Flemish Government
Environmental policy-making
The Marine Institute, Ireland
