Katihar furnished a false police inquiry report to In-
charge Janta Darbar Cell, Police HQ, Bihar Patna.
Sir/Madam,
1. That this is in continuation of my previous email dated
09.05.2019 in connection with Complaint against SP Begusarai
and SP Katihar for no action.
2. That in the above noted subject matter(public toilet)
complainant is attaching false police inquiry report
submitted by S.P. Katihar to Police HQ, Bihar, Patna while
both the respondents no.01 and 02 were busy in filing
Criminal Writ case against the State of Bihar &
others before Supreme Court of India.

2. Complainant's reply to false police inquiry report dated
17.05.2016
3. Police inquiry report dated 16.05.2018
4. Complainant's reply to false police inquiry report dated
26.06.2018
5. Police inquiry report dated 18.04.2018 wherein police has
admitted the fact that there is pending case against the
accused before the CJM court Begusarai. Yet no execution of
N.B.W u/s 83 Cr.Pc.

Hence, it is a deliberate and intentional attempt of Katihar
SP to create an atmosphere of fear ( by not
executing pending N.B.W or in the guise of pending N.B.W)
among conman man and woman in the society, resulted in
suspicious death of respondent no.02 Late Srmt. Asha Rani
Devi mother of om prakash poddar, respondent no.01 in this
case.
