1. artists or cultural professionals
➢ min 18 years old, legal resident in CE country, active in eligible
country, 1 application per person, per call
➢ groups applications up to 5 artists - cultural professionals, same
project, clear roles
➢ different countries & sectors
➢ completion of group mobility together, the same time - place
2. International partner
➢ individual or an organization, e.g., artist or cultural professional,
a venue, a museum, etc.
➢ based in another CE country
➢ relevant to proposed project
➢ collaboration proof, e.g., email, signed invitation letter (name,
partner description, project timeline, overaview, etc.
3. mobility project
➢ 1 project, 1 partner, 1 destination
➢ 7 to 60 days for individuals
➢ 7 to 21 days for groups
➢ single destination to partner is based CE country
