2. REFERRAL PROGRAM
1. Any employee (probation/regular) who made a referral will get a flat Bonus of P5,000
on the 6th
month employment of the referral.
P 5,000.00 Referral Bonus
2. As an addition to this, you can double up your referral bonus once your referral
reaches 1 year of continuous employment at OZHQ Contact Center.
6th month Referral Pay Out= P 5,000.00
12th month Referral Pay Out= P 5,000.00
Grand Total: P 10,000 Referral Bonus
3. REFERRAL QUALIFIERS
1. You will be eligible to refer as soon as you passed the Training Period.
2. You should be an active employee at the time bonuses are actually paid.
***Once you resigned/AWOL/Terminated by the company, you will no longer get your referral bonus.
3. You can not refer a family member/relative.
4. There is no limit on the numbers of referral.
