Note: Benefits eligibility varies for candidates applying for an internal position
Wi-Fi Subsidy
On your 3rd month of active service, the company will help FULL
TIME contractors subsidize the cost of their Internet service by
providing a $25 per month Wi-Fi allowance.
PERFORMANCE-BASED MERIT INCREASE
As early as the 6th month of active service, FULL TIME VAs can qualify for an appraisal of up to $0.50 on
top of the current per-hour rate. The maximum appraisal rate for the FIRST 6 MONTHS and FIRST YEAR
APPRAISAL is $0.50. However, the second and subsequent yearly appraisal shall be for a maximum of
$1.00 and subject to the following criteria:
1. Client feedback
2. Attendance reliability
3. Policy compliance
• The merit of the increase will be based on the performance review of the immediate supervisor.
• Merit increase metrics might change from time to time without advance notice.
• Performance coaching will be scheduled once per month or as needed to address opportunities or challenges
Healthcare Subsidy or
Coverage depending
on the location
FULL TIME VAs who have been active for six (6) months
above are eligible for a healthcare coverage or health
care subsidy depending on the location.
HEALTHCARE SUBSIDY
• Eligible for VAs located outside the Philippines
• $200 reimbursement amount will be given once every 6 months interval (lump sum
amount).
HEALTHCARE COVERAGE
• Eligible for VAs located in the Philippines.
• VA is enrolled in HMO on your 6th active month as a principal beneficiary.
• VA can add 1 dependent enrolled in the HMO for free when you reach your first work
anniversary.
1. New Yearʼs Day – January 1st
2. Memorial Day – Last Monday of May
3. Independence Day – July 4th
4. Labor Day – First Monday of September
5. Thanksgiving Day – Fourth Thursday of November
6. Christmas Day – December 25th
Holiday Paid Time-O
All FULL-TIME VAs shall be eligible for holiday pay for the following holidays:
ADDITIONAL PAID TIME - OFF
All FULL-TIME VAs shall be eligible for five (5) paid time o s and three (3) paid sick leaves subject to the following
conditions:
1. One (1) year in the same law firm
2. 1-month prior notice
3. For sick leave, a medical certificate MUST be provided
RETIREMENT PLAN
Eligibility begins the first day of the following month of hire. If VA was hired May 10th they are eligible
to receive contributions starting on June 1st of the following month . Plan vests fully at 3 years of
service.
$50/mo is added to the fund
under your name at Virtual Sta
LLC starting June 2023.
MONTHLY DEPOSIT
On your 3rd year of service, you can
withdraw the money in the account for
whatever reason or purpose you deem.
3 YEAR VESTING
Anniversary Recognition Each VA receives
special event-driven recognition.
Six month plaque and or branded items.
18th Month: a monitor/tv for their home o ice
Note: Currently, discussions regarding the TV benefit are still ongoing. We are
actively working towards finalizing the details and ensuring its successful

BIRTHDAY BONUS
Contractors will be given a $10 allowance on their birth
month as a company present. The amount will be
credited every next nearest payout from their birthdates.
REFERRAL
HOW TO QUALIFY:
The Initial Interview has to be conducted by the Recruitment team.
VA must pass Virtual Sta , LLC - Law Specific Training
Day 1 will start on the deployment date with the firm.
Both Referral and Referrer should be active for 30 days with a client
Referral Bonus will be released on the nearest pay out (15th/EOM)
Any unpaid or pending incentives will be forfeited upon separation
(resignation/termination)
$35 ENGLISH SPEAKERS
$50 ENGLISH AND SPANISH SPEAKERS

Attendance within 30 days
No Company Violation within 30 days
A $20 bonus will be given to the VA to incent them on their
attendance and reliability.
Criterias below must be met to qualify:

A monthly survey will be sent to the client to measure how satistfied they were with
their VA's performance. Payout released quarterly

  • 3. Wi-Fi Subsidy On your 3rd month of active service, the company will help FULL TIME contractors subsidize the cost of their Internet service by providing a $25 per month Wi-Fi allowance.
  • 4. PERFORMANCE-BASED MERIT INCREASE As early as the 6th month of active service, FULL TIME VAs can qualify for an appraisal of up to $0.50 on top of the current per-hour rate. The maximum appraisal rate for the FIRST 6 MONTHS and FIRST YEAR APPRAISAL is $0.50. However, the second and subsequent yearly appraisal shall be for a maximum of $1.00 and subject to the following criteria: 1. Client feedback 2. Attendance reliability 3. Policy compliance • The merit of the increase will be based on the performance review of the immediate supervisor. • Merit increase metrics might change from time to time without advance notice. • Performance coaching will be scheduled once per month or as needed to address opportunities or challenges

Healthcare Subsidy or Coverage depending on the location FULL TIME VAs who have been active for six (6) months above are eligible for a healthcare coverage or health care subsidy depending on the location. HEALTHCARE SUBSIDY • Eligible for VAs located outside the Philippines • $200 reimbursement amount will be given once every 6 months interval (lump sum amount). HEALTHCARE COVERAGE • Eligible for VAs located in the Philippines. • VA is enrolled in HMO on your 6th active month as a principal beneficiary. • VA can add 1 dependent enrolled in the HMO for free when you reach your first work anniversary.

  • 7. ADDITIONAL PAID TIME - OFF All FULL-TIME VAs shall be eligible for five (5) paid time o s and three (3) paid sick leaves subject to the following conditions: 1. One (1) year in the same law firm 2. 1-month prior notice 3. For sick leave, a medical certificate MUST be provided
  • 8. RETIREMENT PLAN Eligibility begins the first day of the following month of hire. If VA was hired May 10th they are eligible to receive contributions starting on June 1st of the following month . Plan vests fully at 3 years of service. $50/mo is added to the fund under your name at Virtual Sta LLC starting June 2023. MONTHLY DEPOSIT On your 3rd year of service, you can withdraw the money in the account for whatever reason or purpose you deem. 3 YEAR VESTING

  • 11. BIRTHDAY BONUS Contractors will be given a $10 allowance on their birth month as a company present. The amount will be credited every next nearest payout from their birthdates.
  • 12. REFERRAL HOW TO QUALIFY: The Initial Interview has to be conducted by the Recruitment team. VA must pass Virtual Sta , LLC - Law Specific Training Day 1 will start on the deployment date with the firm. Both Referral and Referrer should be active for 30 days with a client Referral Bonus will be released on the nearest pay out (15th/EOM) Any unpaid or pending incentives will be forfeited upon separation (resignation/termination) $35 ENGLISH SPEAKERS $50 ENGLISH AND SPANISH SPEAKERS
