2. Indicative Qualitative Information:
Report on how the developed country intends to scale up financial support
provided to developing country Parties,
Provide information on criteria used to determine how developing country
Parties financial needs are taken into account,
Explanation on how Party identified respective financial parameters to be
provided,
Information on grant component of public intervention,
Information on targeted group(s) and how this is complementary to the regional
approach by developed countries.
Information on actions taken and plans to mobilize and provide climate finance
for the implementation of nationally determined contributions, national
adaptation plans and other implementable mitigation and Adaptation activities,
How the information to be provided reflects the individual shares of the collective
obligation by developed countries towards the implementation of the Paris
Agreement, referring to the global goal on finance.

1. The amount of financial resources (original currency and USD/EUR);
2. Sector (adaptation, mitigation), and be specific if cross-cutting (through indicators,…)
3. Source of funding (ODA, OOF);
4. Financial instrument
5. Whether the activity also includes CB and/or TT objectives
6. Type of support (mitigation, adaptation, both)
7. Status (committed or pledged);
8. Recipient and/or beneficiary; regions
9. Time frame, or agreement period;
10. Determination of resources as new and additional;
11. Information on financial support mobilized under Article 9 by developed country
