Storyscaping is a real-time storytelling technique that engages participants in co-creating a story. As dialogue occurs, concepts and ideas are drawn on a board to visually represent the story landscape and activate emotions. This helps produce a deeper understanding through adult learning theory. Employees add their own names and keywords to help strengthen the community and build ownership of the story. The final story is captured through pictures and narrative to archive the information.
