Community Manager, Camden San Marcos 12/2012-9/2014

Oversaw a distressed community encompassing 308 apartments, 6 associates and 1
million in revenues.
Successfully repositioned 92 units, increased markets rents by 8.1% year over year,
initiated repositions for 5 other Phoenix communities.
Revived, and re-flagged the community, and in the first year, the community produced
a positive NOI of 2%, 6% for the second year, 10% for the third year. I was able to
successfully transition the sale of the property and I was part of the due diligence
team. Vista Valley was the most successful disposition in 2011 for Camden
