3. Go to csn.edu
Click APPLY
Located on the top right.

4. Scroll down
Look for Guest Student. Click
APPLY.

5. Scroll down
Click APPLY NOW.

6. Click Create a Profile.
Next, fill in the information to Create a Profile
For the password, please include:
• A capital letter
• A lowercase letter
• A numerical character
Example of Password:
Sahara16

7. Check your email for the confirmation link

8. Click the Link from Greymatter Portal to verify
your email.

Account
Check your email to verify your
account

10. Click Create
my Profile
Login to your profile with your
email and password you
provided.

11. Fill in your
information
for your
profile.
When finished, click Update.

12. Enter your Education Level

• For school history, put "Unknown HS (country)"
or "GED".

16. Choose your Term and Location. Location
should be Sahara West

18. Enter YES for “Have you completed a non-
credit class through DWED”

19. Accept the terms and Complete your
Electronic Signature

20. Allow for 4-5 days for the application to
process

21. AFTER APPLICATION
SUBMISSION:
Allow 4-5 business days to process your application.
Once processed, your admission letter and account
validation instructions will be emailed to you. Make
sure to check your junk mail/spam folder if you don’t
see these emails in your inbox. After 4-5 business
days, contact the Office of the Registrar at
admission.application@csn.edu.

22. How to Obtain your Student ID Card
1. Email eliana.estrada@csn.edu for a letter of
enrollment and CC aces.advisors@csn.edu.
Include your NSHE ID number in the email!
2. Take the enrollment letter to Cashier’s Office at
one of the 3 main CSN campuses
3. Once at the Cashier's office, provide letter of
enrollment, NSHE ID, valid ID, and pay $2 for your
Student ID card and receive a receipt.
4. Go to the Student Life and Development Office at
the Student Union Building and submit the receipt -
you will take your photo and receive your student
ID there!
