●   If possible have a main meal at Mid-day
●   Salad or Sandwich later
●   'NEVER' miss breakfast
Relaxation
●   Take 20 minutes of relaxation a day
●   Your choice. Make a good one
●   Relaxation is for the body, mind and soul
●   Either morning or evening
Processed Food
●   Do not eat processed food
Trans Fat
●   Do not eat Trans Fat
●   It is man made
●   Will play havoc with health and organs
Stay Healthy
●   Use your common sense
●   “STAY HEALTHY AND STRONG”
