As Operations Manager
Role:
 Heading entire gamut of plant operations with key focus on ensuring consistency in terms of high level of service, profitability and
compliance
 Accountable for:
o Managing all aspects of business operations; handling logistics operations, preparing budgets and managing inventory
o Assuring that each department operates in compliance with all legal requirements
o Keeping abreast of emerging technology changes & innovations and operational budget; maintaining a clean, professional &
safe working environment
o Planning and coordinating for project work
 Looking after recruitment and staff selection process

is 7000 IPH (impression per hour) and after implementation of daily production report as per target given to the printers; at
