Heading entire gamut of plant operations with key focus on ensuring consistency in terms of high level of service, profitability and

o Managing all aspects of business operations; handling logistics operations, preparing budgets and managing inventory
o Assuring that each department operates in compliance with all legal requirements

up the binding time) by taking extra care of preventive maintenance (SOP for start-up copies which helps to reduce the print

o Production cycle time by 25 % (utilize maximum machine capacity; before per shift 5-6 make readies & average speed of machine
is 7000 IPH (impression per hour) and after implementation of daily production report as per target given to the printers; at
present same machine & same manpower but number of make ready increased and average speed of machine is 12000 IPH
(impression per hour) against 1.5 hrs (Per shift make ready 8-9) previously
Efficiently improved plant capability by 15% (implemented CIC “Continuous Improvement Group” by individual teams e.g. Newsprint
Team –Newsprint waste reduction by 3% YTD Cost saving by 12 lacs, DVC Team – Improvement of blanket life – 10 % increase the life of
