Project #01
Since March’16 HTL Co. India Pvt. Ltd, Kolkata, Technical Architect
2. Title : MDL (MBF Data Format Library)
Client : NuFlare Technology Inc (Toshiba), Japan
Platform : Linux
Prog. Language: C, C++, STL
Technology : Boost library, CVS (version control tool)
Role : Project Architect
Team size : 2
Description : MDL is library to process proprietary binary data format Multi Beam Format (MBF).
The main purpose of this library is to process MBF blocks and provides parsed
patterns within each cell in a block.
Responsibilities:
Involved in Customer Interface from India.
Involved in functional specification document preparation.
Involved in design phase of the class hierarchy.
Involved in writing code.
Involved in writing test cases, and regression setup.
Project #02
Since June’12 HTL Co. India Pvt. Ltd, Kolkata, Project Leader & Technical Architect
Title : Mirus3G (Mirus 3rd Generation)
Client : NuFlare Technology Inc (Toshiba), Japan
Platform : Linux
Prog. Language: C, C++
Technology : GTK, POSIX thread library, CVS (version control tool)
Role : Project Leader, Project Architect
Team size : 3-5
Description : Mirus3G is a visualization tool for several types of mask-data. The front-end of the
tool is GTK-based GUI interface. The backend of tool employs multi-threading for
real-time data viewing experience by the user.
The tool has the ability to read large volumes of data (typically of several GBs)
and render the data in real-time. Multi-threading technology, in conjunction with
several optimization techniques, are employed to achieve the desired result.
Handling user interaction in real-time by event-driven programming with GTK.
The tool has the capability to read data of several types of mask-data formats.
Responsibilities:
Involved in Customer Interface from India.
Involved in conduction meeting, SRS review, estimation and schedule preparation, work
distribution, documentation, review, coding, bug fixing, mentoring.
3. Dec, 2009 – June, 2012 Interra Systems India Pvt. Limited, Kolkata, Principal Engineer
Title : Same Project Mirus3G (Mirus 3rd Generation)
Role : Project Leader
Team size : 10
Responsibilities:
Implemented design spec, coding, testing to integrate 2 mask-data formats (MAP, External
MAP) in tool.
Handled several customer issues, and bugs.
Analysis of performance of the tool.
Project #03
Title : EDIF OM (Electronics Design Interchange Format Object Model)
Client : University of Southern California
Platform : Linux
Prog. Language: C++, STL
Technology : Boost library, git (version control tool)
Role : Project Leader
Team size : 2
Description : EDIF is a vendor-neutral format in which to store Electronic netlists and schematics.
It was one of the first attempts to establish a neutral data exchange format for
the electronic design automation (EDA) industry. The goal was to establish a
common format from which the proprietary formats of the EDA systems could be
derived. When customers needed to transfer data from one system to another, it
was necessary to write translators from one format to other. Our object model
holds the information of the design. Now different translator could be written
based on this object model.
Responsibilities:
Involved in design phase of the class hierarchy.
Involved in writing parser, object models.
Involved in writing test cases, and regression setup.
Project #04
Dec,2006 – Dec,2009 Interra Systems, Bangalore – as Software & Senior Software Engineer

Client : Texas Instruments India
Platform : Linux
4. Prog. Language: Perl, Shell Scripts, C++
Role : Team Member
Team size : 12
Description : TI RTL-TK project well known as “Flow3” is an automated front end flow.
It does all the front end activities using industry standard EDA tool and flow
scripts.
Responsibilities:
Developed flows to determine QOR for synthesis using Synopsys Design Compiler.
Developed flows to support FPGA simulation and synthesis using Simplicity.
Developed flows to support power analysis using Calypto PowerPro.
