11. To Summarise
11
The predominantly Roman Catholic, multicultural Colombia is well known for producing amazing
music, food,& wildlife. But as a population that is steadily increasing, it has led to more women in
the upper classes progressing higher up the career ladder, whilst the lower classes still have the
women staying at home with the children, however families always reunite on weekends
to have lunch together.
As Colombia is the 5Th happiest country of the world, image, well being, politeness, etiquette
& elaborate extended greetings also play a big role in society.
They are firm believers that the quality of life is especially important, the ethos of work hard,
play harder and the national symbol is the condor signifies liberty and sovereignty.
And with projects like BAVAIRA’s Fundación Bavaria , helping to eradicate the poorest communities,
with social investment programmes to increase job & revenue generation, poverty reduction,
progress & sustainable development in the country.
