Nicole Seibert wrote letters to the President, Vice President, Director of the CIA, and Director of the FBI requesting an investigation. She claims that in 1991 she created the companies Aircell, Eloqua, and Ariba by inventing the concepts and naming them, but that three men she met took over development of the businesses without compensating her or recognizing her role.
