machine with a working width up to mm2500. Supplied
with a gearbox type Master Box, simple or reversible.
Equipped with an off-end with bearing or bushing.
MB-PAV
High speed fly comb system for high production cards
doffing up to 60 mt/min. For any type of carding
machine. The MB PAV is a rigid beam system with one
standard Master Box,
PRATO 2MBSYNCHRO
High speed fly comb system for high production cards
doffing up to 100 M/min. The Prato 2 MB is a rigid beam
system with two reversible Mater Boxes, each driving a
comb stock half the working width of the card.
EGO 3500 SBD
A new generation of fly comb systems: Electronic
Generation Over 3500, electronically controlled doffing
concept. This sysem is able to pass 2950rpm with a
stroke up to mm55. Available with a working width up to
3,5mt without central support.

A new solution for your Thibeau D.U.R. system
Montenero has developped a new solution to run the
old Thibeau D.U.R. electrical system. Integrating the
