The Lemorau ICR3 inspection and slitter
rewinder machine offers flexibility and high
performance.
The inspection can be made manually, with
strobescope, video system or with a 100%
inspection system.
The monothane nip roller helps to keep down
time to a minimum as labels cannot attach
themselves to the roller.
An electronic web guide with an ultrasonic
sensor ensures that the finished rolls are
perfectly slit and rewound.
Each rewinder, unwind tensions are fully
independently adjustable by simple controls
on the touch screen display.
Once the tension are selected and set, there
is no need for the operator to readjust the
tensions.
