Liaising with Company Representatives and colleagues to ensure the smooth and
accurate delivery of all materials to and from offshore location. Receipt and locate all
materials to offshore location. Manifest all materials to and from offshore location.
Prepare all material requisitions for procurement from all heads of department. Keep
stock to a min/max level. Prepare all material work orders. Prepare Dangerous Goods
& MSDS Sheets for Backload.

Working in the busy and fast paced yard of the company, my role involved keeping
accurate details on stock and production materials. Making Performa’s, material
requisitions, purchase orders and arranging the crew and suitable logistics for relevant
contracts. On occasion I would travel to the Mexico to assist in the training of local
staff in the delivery of logistics and warehouse operations. I then progressed to the
full time offshore position in Mexico.
Nov 2004 – Dec 2005. PSL Energy Services. Yard Co-ordinator.
Liaising with customers and colleagues to ensure the smooth and accurate delivery of
orders to the customer. Quality control of packing of cargo for shipment, forklift
operations and inspection of container and lifting equipment within a yard and
warehouse environment.
June 1981 – Oct 2004. SeaForth Maritime / Asco. Base Operations Assistant.
My role included the supervising of working squads, quayside tallyman, inspection of
container and lifting equipment and liaising with vendors to ensure the delivery of
stock. I was also acting safety rep and the certified risk assessor responsible for the
safety of the entire workforce, preparing and training staff on new tasks.
I have many other relevant years’ experience working within the Oil Industry in the

Hobbies and Interests
I like to visit the family, eating out and attending family celebrations. I enjoy
socialising and playing golf with friends. We also attend boxing events supporting
local professional and amateur boxers both Home and Away throughout the country.
I like to relax at home by surfing the internet, watching movies and listening to
various genres of music. I often holiday abroad with fishing and sports in the Canary
Islands. I am a member of the local darts team, playing in the 2nd Division of the
Aberdeen League and assist with the running of the team and fundraising.
