This will be the new high-end headquarter for UOB behind the current Menara UOB, executed with pwd design & build contract. The design is developed in collaboration with Tange Associate from Tokyo. The emphasis of building proportion, sky pockets, and complex curtain wall & facade lighting system will bring another recognisable landmark building to the CBD.   • 23. 17-Storey Serviced Apartments Plot 2C4, JB Nusajaya The site is one of the plots in the 458 acre Nusajaya masterplan development owned by Tradewinds KL, which involves particpation from many renowned architects to design the masterplan components such as RT&Q, SAA, DPA, etc.. The proposal aims to break the solidity of the building with multiple horizontal & vertical green spaces that connect in terms of visual porosity and physical accessibility with the surrounding green belts. Thelackofinteractive architecture for children in KL posts a new design question: “How can a mix- dev. in the city of KL inject another place of “lifestyle/social energy” to help the growth of children?” The proposal aims to create a green oasis for families with a recognisable landmark at Jln Ampang, particularly by playing with steps & platforms to the design of the art & sculptural park fronting the street which ensure street visibility and friendly accessibility to the pedestrian.
