installation) by the telecom service provider and make sure they carry out
according to the laws and regulations provided by the PTD.-To test out
whether the service provider follow the mobile Coverage
Commitments,Quality of Services Commitments and license agreements by
using RF planning Tool and Drive test.

4.  Fiber and tower installation -To survey Technically and check reported Data
(Over Head , Under Ground , Duct , Direct Buried, Numbers of Fiber Cores,
Numbers of poles, etc....) - Starting point & End point (Joining point) (
Latitude & Longitude ) of the fiber installation -For FTTHTo check detail
design drawings,outside plan and number of household for connection
coverage.

Defination
• End-to-end QoS and QoE derived from ITU-T Recommendation E.800.
• ITU-T Recommendation E.800 provides the basic definition of QoS as
follows: “Totality of characteristics of a telecommunications service that
bear on its ability to satisfy stated and implied needs of the user of the
service.”.
• To control the quality of mobile network, QoS (Quality of Service) and QoE
(Quality of Experience) are used.
