PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinating EMF and SCFT (approx. 8 team).
• Conducted RF site survey for BTS site installations. Planning, site survey of External
Repeaters for enhanced coverage.
• Planned RF specifications for new sites, which includes antenna azimuth, tilt, antenna
mounting height, power, etc. Planning and adding of new Radio carriers as per site
requirements.
• Conduct EMF site Survey for installed BTS.
• Preparing EMF Reports within Specified time.
• Carrying out Coverage, Quality, Cell Re-selection, Handover tests using the TEMS
INVESTIGATION Drive test tool in idle as well as dedicated mode to ascertain the
design criterions as well to track out interference and quality related issues
• Recommend and implement new Optimization techniques including: Antenna Down
tilt (Electrical & Mechanical), re-orientation (azimuth and/or height) and beam width
specifications of existing sites

2. • Optimization Drive test, analysis of drive test data and translation reports to tune
various physical and database parameters for optimum performance of a GSM
network
• Coverage Optimization – Level and Quality Optimization to ensure Client meets level
and Quality Commitments.
• Handling customer complaint and resolve within time.
• Responsible for AT of the new sites and submitted the reports of Pre & Post Drive to
the customer
