  7. But each of these panelists that you're going to be hearing from today are, to ME, examples of THE MOST exciting companies and innovations that we track. I get snacks from Brandless, Capsule delivered my prescriptions to my office and...and well, Zola, I'm sorry - I'm still waiting for my boyfriend to pop the question. But more importantly, because of each of them, the entire foundations of the wedding, pharmacy and grocery sectors are changing fundamentally. But you might be thinking - What if I’m not in the wedding industry, in pharmacy, grocery? Your customer doesn’t live in a vacuum. When we’re analyzing our customers, we tend to forget that they’re interacting with companies besides our own and outside of our own industry. Here’s what I want you to take away from this session: These three brands –Capsule, Brandless and Zola – are disrupting ENTIRE INDUSTRIES - are thereby creating new expectations – which WILL transfer.
