General Principles of Intellectual Property: Concepts of Intellectual Proper...
Costumes actors-props
1. Costumes
Main character:
Needs an earpiece – Adds more of a mysterious and secretive part to his character.
Shirt and Tie – It shows that the main character has a sense of formality and he is
exclusive.
Jeans – Formal but not too formal for suit trousers. This could imply that he does his
work casually and as his profession and not a boring job.
Henchmen:
Suit and Tie – This could then add formality into their job and the dark suit would
give connotations of evil – Matching to make them seem more of a team and group
rather than all of them dressed differently.
Sunglasses – Black and non-see through – Makes them seemthat they are all
anonymous.
2. Actors
Niko – Maurice
Joey – Henchmen 1
Lewis – Henchmen 2
Ollie – Henchmen 3
Fraser - Boss
Props
Duffel bag – This adds some sort of inconspicuous effect to his character as no one
would know what is in his bag and so it would mean I could develop his character as
we get further into a film.
Sunglasses – These sunglasses for the Henchmen add a uniform and as though they
are part of a team.
Hammer – This is a weapon and the way that he handles it shows that he could be
dangerous.
Zip ties – Used to tie up the main character when he has been captured.
Earpiece – Adds a sense of mystery to this character that we don’t know anything
about. Then we he reveals he is wearing an earpiece the whole time it develops the
character even more.
