The Solution
The scope of the project includes:
• To provide skilled IT professionals that would be responsible for processes and data centre operations at Thomas
Cook Group Plc
• These IT professionals to include engineers and analysts delivering services as a part of the Thomas Cook Group Plc
• To assist Thomas Cook Group Plc in the cutover of the data centre and daily operations from the previous provider
to Thomas Cook
• To assist Thomas Cook Group Plc in the knowledge transfer process between the previous provider and Thomas Cook
• To deliver the on-going support of the data centre operations

3. A significant reduction in on-going costs incurred by Thomas Cook Group Plc related to operations
management
Augment resources provided for Service Management, Data Centre and Network & Telephony Towers
Knowledge obtained from the previous provider transferred to Thomas Cook Group Plc, structured
and documented making the company independent operationally when it comes to IT
Moving off-shore capabilities near-shore and on-shore
Support of the transition from One IT Outsourcer model to Multi-sourcing IT model (Service Integration
and Management)
