Core Customer Acquisition Due Diligence is a bank operational system, which includes the customer identification and acceptance to
access the customer trust worthy, and also includes account monitoring for suspicious activities. This system has configurable CADD
form questions performed by a user with customer relational officer role. User entitlement, roles, rules, forms and master data
administration is performed by a user with admin role with different sub categories. All the administration approvals will pass through
a workflow process specific to the business. A core CADD is created with minimal baseline requirements for all countries and the
country appendices based on country of account opening thus facilitating data sharing globally to help existing customers open
accounts in new jurisdictions without delay in documentation and approval. This phase is implemented for few countries in
AsiaPacific (ASPAC) and Europe (EMEA). This also includes some enhanced and additional functionalities (Enhancements and
Change Requests) for the previous phases.

ECADD Global Consumer Group application is one of the AML (Anti Money Laundering) applications in CITI group. The
application monitors customer's transaction details and creates a case for customer's suspicious transactions. Cases are generated based
on each country's compliance regulations. Once cases were generated then corresponding Branch Manager (BM) needs to work on the
case. Quality Checker will review BM’s work, which is also part of the application. The application is used across the world around
150 countries. CR's will be raised by users throughout all (APAC, EMEA, NAM and LATAM) regions. Those CR's will be enhanced
to application every Quarter.
